First-time purchase
As someone who was trying out this store for the first time, I gotta admit, I had my doubts at first. But man, was I proved wrong! The customer service was top-notch and the shipping was super quick - I got my order in just two weeks, which is pretty awesome considering everything going on in the world right now. And let me tell you, the clothes were even better than I expected. They were so cute and trendy, I couldn't believe it. Overall, I had a really great experience with my first purchase from this store and I'm definitely thinking about coming back for more in the future.
Stylish clothing purchase
The online store I bought from had a really good variety of trendy clothes that matched up perfectly with the pictures on the website. The prices were reasonable for the quality, and it was super easy to find everything I wanted all in one spot. It can be a pain sometimes trying to find the same types of clothes in brick-and-mortar stores, so I really liked being able to shop online. All in all, I was happy with my purchase and would totally suggest it to other people.
XL shirt purchase
The stuff they have on this site is really cool, but sometimes the sizes are a little wonky. I bought an XL shirt thinking it would be nice and baggy, but it ended up being too small. It's a bummer when things don't match the pics or size chart. But overall, I still like checking out this site for some cool and stylish finds.

Shirt purchase
I got this shirt from a store that was kinda expensive, but I figured it would be worth it for good quality. It took forever for the shirt to show up, but the customer service folks did a good job of keeping me updated. It was packaged nicely, and the shirt was in great shape. It fit me just right, but the material was a bit thinner than I thought it would be. In the end, I think this store is a solid spot to grab some trendy and cute clothes.
Tops and Pants
Late shipping, bad quality, they are from China, worst customer service EVER! This Emmoil seller is by far the worst online seller I've ever met in 20 years. My godchild sent me this site because he wanted clothes for X'mas. I ordered 5 pieces, they had to ship separately the clothes did not make it for X'mas gift I had to spend more money on his gift. Their quality is so bad their clothes are way overpriced. ALL of their clothes and pants are way smaller and shorter than their size charts on website. One sweatshirt had a big hole on cuff because it's not sewed right. I asked for return and refund, they offered 10% refund without having me to ship back the items, I refused, they increased to 30% and I still refused. We won't even wear them for the bad quality and small sizes we just wanted to return them. They said we had to pay for shipping if want to ship these clothing back to their China office even if I sent several emails telling them it's their clothes which did not meet quality control standard they should pay for the return cost. After several back and forth emails they just ignored my complaint email! I emailed them again saying I'd start spreading bad reviews to other shoppers to let them know how bad of quality and customer service your shop is all about, they replied. But they still only offered 30% refund. At that point I only wanted to give up dealing with this China shop and knew I had to take time letting all of you know how bad this seller is. Now I also have to just donate these cheap bad quality clothings to a charity. This is the worst experience in my life, seriously. People, they do not accept any return, even if it's their fault. Plus, they are in China, they know you have no other ways of dealing with them and getting all of your money back. They SUCK!
Unfulfilled order
I recently bought something from this company and man, it was a total nightmare. I ordered two items, but only got one. I kept getting emails saying the other item wasn't available, so I asked for a refund. But all they sent back were these generic responses. Even when I picked something else out, I just kept getting the same old canned response. It's been ages and I still haven't gotten the item or my money back. I even had to call them to try and straighten things out, but they couldn't refund me right then and there. They had to reach out to the company first. Finally, after what felt like forever, they did give me my money back, but the whole process was such a pain.
High Neck Semi Sheer Knit Top
The company refuses to give a full refund for a counterfeited item. I have offered to return the item at their expense. However, shipping the item to their address they provided (based in China) would exceed the actual value I am asking to be refunded. I have provided ample photographic proof that the item sent is a poor copy of the item advertised on their website. I have tried multiple times to reach a conclusion with their customer support service.

Purchased what was advertised as aTweed Blazer. What arrived was a garment made of a shiny synthetic cloth. Many emails asking for return authorization finally answered with 1) donate item to charity or 2) return at a cost more than the item. In others ….tough too bad for me.
If the error was mine I would understand but this was on Emmiol BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH EMMIOL. You are stuck with whatever you purchase 3ven if they send you the incorrect or inferior product.Jeans and Shirts, WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN!
Do not order from Emmiol! Their customer service is a complete JOKE! Ordered several items, three where not what was expected and tried to return. Sent multiple emails trying to set up the return, however they stalled time after time not wanting to process the return. Finally they sent back the following:
"According to policy, you need to endure the return shipping charge which is over 25-35 USD for the first kg to send it back to the warehouse.
As the return shipping charge is high and needs a very long time till we received it.
Besides, the refund will only cover or part-cover the product price, not include the original shipping fee.
We sincerely suggest if you will consider again keep the item.
As I see, the style you bought is really popular and cost-effective, maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as a gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors.
Which would be perfect. Meanwhile, we would like to give you a 5 USD gift card for you in this case for our sorry.

Is this a JOKE! I just want to return the three items that did not fit correctly! These items were purchased before Christmas and here it is 2/7! Non of this is at all acceptable, not sure even how they stay in business. Honestly I think that many of these reviews are from bots, as this customer service is sooo bad! Stick with US retailers or Amazon!
I had very similar experience. Emmiol sent to me a very inferior product compared to what they advertised. They insisted this was my problem and I can either give it away to charity or return it at costs greater than the purchase price. If the error was mine I would understand but this was their mistake!
