S510 Tactical Rifle purchase
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the customer service from Pyramyd Air and the quality of the S510 Tactical Rifle I bought. My brother, who's a retired US Navy guy, suggested this rifle to me, and I'm really glad he did. This rifle is accurate, packs a punch, and just feels really well-made. The customer service I got while making my purchase was top-notch - those folks really know their stuff, and they made the process quick and easy. And let me tell you, the selection of air guns, revolvers, and accessories on their website is seriously impressive. I love that they offer free pellets and balls with certain purchases, it's a great deal for folks like me who are really into this stuff. Next up, I can't wait to check out more of Pyramyd Air's products, especially those big bore options.
Airgun purchase
I bought an airgun not too long ago and had a great time chatting with Ruth, who was the salesperson helping me out. She really knew her stuff and was super helpful in making sure I got the right airgun for what I needed. Ruth took the time to explain all the important stuff about the airgun and gave me some really helpful tips on how to make the most out of my purchase. It was obvious that she cared a lot about making sure I was happy with my choice. I'm really grateful to Pyramyd Air for having awesome staff like Ruth who are so dedicated to making sure customers are satisfied.
Defective airgun replacement
My airgun broke while it was still under warranty, so I contacted the company for help. They quickly sent me a shipping label to return it, and I didn't have to explain anything. I sent it back right away. To my surprise, I had a replacement by the following Saturday morning. The customer service was amazing, and I was really impressed by how fast they fixed the problem. I definitely suggest this company for their top-notch service.
Air gun
I just bought an air gun from your store and wanted to say I was really happy with how everything went down. Being able to use Affirm to pay made it super easy and the whole process was really smooth. The customer service was amazing, they got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. Also, my order arrived super fast, even faster than I thought it would. As someone who values efficiency and good service, I was seriously impressed.
Pellets purchase
I got some pellets and they came in the mail all wrapped up nice and secure for shipping. In my opinion, Pyramyd does a way better job at wrapping stuff up for shipping compared to other companies. The whole buying process was great because they really paid attention to making sure everything was packed up well.
CO2 Pellet Guns
Even though I missed some important details about getting a discount on my CO2 pellet guns from Pyramyd Air, I still had a good experience overall. The customer service rep I talked to was really nice and helpful, even though the discount situation didn't turn out how I wanted. I'll definitely be shopping with Pyramyd Air again in the future.
Air compressor for PCP diving
I had a really good experience with Pyramyd Air from the get-go. I contacted customer support with a question and Mark W. got back to me quickly with a helpful answer. I decided to buy the air compressor for my PCP diving setup. The pricing seemed reasonable and competitive, and it's nice to know that customer service is there if I need it. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and would suggest Pyramyd Air to others.
Air rifle scope purchase
The website was super easy to use, which made it a breeze for me to find the air rifle scope I was after. I liked that I could compare different options and save them in my cart while I waited for a back-ordered item to come back in stock. Getting updates on my delivery date and time was great because it made sure my package didn't fall into the wrong hands. All in all, it was a smooth shopping experience.
PCP Air Rifle Purchase
I just bought this air rifle from this company, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how fast it came and the service overall. I ordered it on a Monday and bam, got it on Wednesday. Can't beat that! The people were really nice and helpful the whole time. Only thing is, I thought there wouldn't be any tax, but then surprise, there was a tax fee. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying.
Airgun purchase
I just picked up a new airgun from this place, and let me tell ya, the staff was amazing! They actually pick up the phone and don't rush you off, seriously! They really know their stuff when it comes to airguns and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary extras. On top of that, they offer great help with the gear you got from them. It's definitely the best store I've ever been to!
Buy 3 get 4th free pellets
I ordered with no problem, got my stuff super quick, the foam packaging was awesome, and the free pellets in the deal was a sweet bonus. Pyramyd Air always comes through for me.
Ordered 12 tins of pellets
I just got 12 tins of pellets from this store, and man, they really know how to pack 'em up! The pellets were tightly wrapped in styrofoam, then cardboard was taped around them for extra protection. They even placed all of that in a big box with plenty of paper to prevent any rattling during shipping. I've never seen such great packaging from any other place I've ordered from!
Crosman high capacity bb magazine
Terrible customer service. I was on hold for 30 min and then the automated prompt telling me there was no one available. I emailed them and they never replied to the email I sent about my issue.
1200$
What a joke. They claim to have shipped my parcel. Supposed to be here 8-12. Then the games started. Date changed to 8-14, 8-19, 8-21, and8-19again. It failed to arrive on all dates. It's currently 8-24 and it's saying in transit but no delivery date. This behavior is obviously frustrating after spending 1200$. But there's more. I've called 2x n automatically put on hold until my break ran out. I've emailed 5 times wo response. Hopefully my parcel won't be damaged because i can only imagine how much trouble it will be to get refunded.
Just got an email stating that their team is working on the problem. Funny how you have to write terrible reviews to get any response.

They listed this air compressor as a recommended purchase for the Hatsan Piledriver 50. I bought. I even had a chat session with one of their "experts" before orderingit. The gun takes 300 bar. The instructions for the compressor that came in the box, which they say is rated for 300 bar, says not to fill anything past 200 bar. Which isn't hard to follow since it can't charge my gun past 180 bar. The only response PA performed was remove the compressor as a recommended purchase with the gun. I haven't gotten a reply from them. I am stuck with a $700 piece of junk.
Maurader air pistol
Ordered two weeks ago they said it would ship Friday or Monday it did not. The following Tuesday they emailed me that they were still working on my order they also charged my credit card on Tuesday for the purchase and it still has not shipped 4 days later. Still waiting

I have ordered sever items from you over the last two years. I am amazed of the outcome of my last order. This was PITIFUL. NOT THE RIGHT SCOPE, SCOPE MOUNTS, AND PACKING WAS TERRIBLE. Plus the mounts were zip tied and missing two screws. The scope is for a Crosman Rifle. Not a Diana. The mounts are for something cheap. I want the Correct Scope and Scope Mount for this Gun. Which is the Diana 250 COMBO BULLSEYE MOUNT AND SCOPE.I cannot believe this. Come and pick it up or send me my Correct Order. I am Furious! Did not have any protection on Rifle or scope. Scope has scratches in it and mounts are missing (2) two screws. I cannot even use it. I want this Handled in the Correct Manner. This is the Second time I have had to reach out about your Service.(NO SCOPE COVERS EITHER)

WHAT WERE YOU THINKING OF. NO ALLEN WRENCHES OR TOOLS AND NO MANUAL. THIS IS WHAT I WANT AND PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES AND SEE THAT IT IS NOT ASKING TO MUCH. BUT TO DO THE RIGHT THING.
