This stupid blocker is seriously annoying, I can't even get to my school work. It's like having a really overprotective internet parent or something. I know it's supposed to keep out all the bad stuff, but man, I need to be able to do my homework online!
Bad service
I really didn't like the service at all, it was terrible. The VPN kept interrupting my internet connection, and I couldn't even view NSFW content on most apps. It was definitely not worth the money, I would recommend avoiding it.

The software is a complete mess, I mean these pictures are so blurry you'd need a detective squad to figure out what's going on. It's blocking some legit websites while letting the shady stuff slide. Plus, trying to cancel is such a headache - you gotta call them up during some funky time zone.
Subscription cancellation frustration
So, I just went through the whole ordeal of trying to cancel my subscription with this service and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I mean, not only did I have to deal with all these hurdles just to cancel, but the way they tried to convince me to stay on was seriously irritating and not cool. I mean, seriously, why do I have to talk to a salesperson just to cancel? It's like they're trying to pull a fast one on me or something.

Oh my goodness, that Christian content app was terrible! I was expecting top-notch, cute Christian images, but everything was blurry and the app was so slow. And when I tried to cancel my membership, they wouldn't let me! Like, seriously? If you want clear Christian images, avoid this app at all costs.

I've been using the accountability service for a while now, and I gotta say, it's gotten better over time. But there are still some major issues that need fixing. I've been able to get around some of the restrictions way too easily, which kind of defeats the whole point of using the service. But the worst part for me has been the customer service - it's just terrible.
Useless for IOS devices
This product is totally not worth the money if you're trying to keep tabs on what's happening on IOS devices. It only keeps track of things when their app is being used, and the screenshots are terrible - totally not helpful at all. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone who really wants to monitor online activity on IOS devices.
Long-time user, disappointed
I've been using this service for like 20 years, but I'm over it now. The software is such a pain to deal with - every time I try to load a webpage, I have to use their slow VPN, and it takes forever. And don't even get me started on the price going up. I'm totally done with this service and on the hunt for something better.
Porn-blocking software purchase
This dang porn-blocking software is a real pain! Ever since I started using it, it's been nothing but trouble. Not only is it messing with my phone's wifi, but it's also stopping people from leaving comments on my YouTube channel. Like, seriously? As if battling a porn addiction wasn't tough already, now I gotta deal with this headache. I'm trying to get my video drone business off the ground, but this software is seriously holding me back. It's frustrating as heck.
