Receipt correction for monthly bonus
I thought fixing a receipt for a monthly bonus was pretty confusing. It was tough, especially for someone like me who's not so great with technology. Finding info about the bonus was hard and the steps to correct it weren't very clear. Plus, three days to get it all done seemed super short. I mean, a lot of us have jam-packed schedules with work, family stuff, and other things going on. Giving a week to make the correction would have been way better for everyone.
Fun and easy point accumulation
Fetch is awesome because you can easily earn points by doing typical offers. I really like how easy it is to get and use points, which makes saving up for rewards super fun. Their customer service is really great too, they're always quick to help out. My only complaint is that they don't offer cash rewards through something like PayPal. But I figured out a way around it by saving up points for a big Amazon gift card shopping spree during the holidays.
Rewards points
I was so pumped to sign up for this reward points program, you feel me? Like, who wouldn't want to get rewarded for shopping, right? But let me tell you, it's not as simple as it sounds. I thought I could just buy stuff and boom, get points, but nope, there's an extra hoop to jump through. I purchased items that were supposed to give me bonus points, but I practically had to plead for them. I had to snap pics of barcodes, go over receipts, the whole shebang. It's all good if you're willing to put in the work, just be prepared to hustle for those points.

Scanning not working
I was trying to scan my receipt on Fetch and it kept telling me it was from 2017, even though I had only gotten it two days ago! So, I requested a manual review and they turned me down. I reached out to support, and in no time, Jay came to the rescue and resolved the issue. He even shared some tips for future reference. It was quite a hassle for just 25 points, but Jay was so fast and accommodating! Much appreciated, Jay!
Grocery shopping app
Fetch is my favorite app for saving money on groceries. I've tried a bunch of other apps, but Fetch is definitely the easiest to use and gets me the most bang for my buck. The customer service is amazing - they're quick to respond and super friendly. Unlike some other apps, Fetch doesn't make me jump through hoops. Overall, Fetch has been a game-changer for saving up for Christmas and birthdays.
Dunkin gift card
I just bought something from Fetch for the first time and got a Dunkin gift card. I was really looking forward to using it for my Dunkin fix every day, but I heard some not-so-great things about the Visa gift card from other people. They said it's hard to set up and use. I wish Fetch would let us cash out with PayPal instead, that would make things a lot easier. Also, I kinda miss the old game they had for earning extra points - the new options aren't as easy to use. Overall, my experience with Fetch was okay, but there are definitely things they could do better.
Chicken, pork, and beef flavors
I would suggest trying out one flavor at a time. My dog really liked all of them, but got a little stomach ache from having them all at once. The communication was excellent - they kept me updated on when my order was ready, shipped, and delivered. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.
Receipt Scanner App
My scanner was acting up, but the tech support really came through and got it working again! It's kind of a pain though, having to scan a ton of receipts just to get a $10 gift card.
Visa Gift Card
I was really looking forward to using my points to snag a Visa gift card, but man, did it turn into a whole ordeal! I tried to use it online and had to jump through so many hoops, agreeing to a million conditions and typing in all my personal deets. And to top it off, the verification code wouldn't cooperate and the card turned out to be a dud. So irritating!
Reward Points System
The reward points system at Fetch is awesome. I earn points and then get to choose how to use them later on. I can cash them in for gift cards to all my favorite spots or spoil my grandkids. The only downside is that I have to wait 72 hours to get my rewards, which could definitely be quicker.
Amazon gift card
I suggest doing some solid research before you buy anything to make sure you're getting the best deals out there. I actually got a $25 Amazon gift card after just casually shopping for about 3 months, which was a nice bonus. Keeping an eye out for promos and discounts is key to getting the most out of your shopping spree.
Games
I was looking forward to ordering some games from this store, but now they've added some new ones that I'm not into. And their customer service? Feels like I'm chatting with a robot! Like, seriously, us customers matter too! But nope, all they care about is pushing those new games nobody wants. Such a letdown, really bummed out about it. 🙁
Couldn't join Fetch
I was really bummed that I couldn't sign up for Fetch because it required a phone, even though I have a phone number. The app said it wasn't compatible for some reason. I just wanted to get a Fetch referral ID to brag to my friends, but it didn't work out. Oh well, things happen!
Gift card rewards
