DVD ripper
Complete scam doesn't read anything doesn't scan anything doesn't rip anything none of your DVDs will be ripped and none of your money will be refunded. Complete waste of time and money buyer beware stay away do not spend money here tell all your friends that this site is a scam.

This is a complete scam. The product does not read any of my 25 video DVDs that I produced myself. This company continues to ask for log file I do not have. The product spins for 5 minutes without loading the dvd without producing log files. They seem to expect me to beta test their product which I'm not willing to do. They have refused to refund my purchase price.
DVD Player
Pure scam, never got registration number, will not answer email, won't answer phone, try to use link to get to customer support and it says email invalid. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, had to get my bank involved wish I could give them zero stars
Media Bundle
Product never worked from day 1. Contacted 6 hours after purchase about a refund. 5 days later they respond and try to back out of gurantee.
Blu Ray Player
1. The time wasted was enormous!
2. I got 3 or 4 copies of the program from them, and a key which was eab58fc922d5cc4da2c6c02c65466086c237282d8e22648688a4c80e046c28ea ; none of the programs worked either with the key or in trial mode.
3. Customer service is nothing more than a string of "nice to hear" stuff that does nothing whatsoever to get the program to work!
4. No matter how good your reason or your documentation is, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
WhiskeyDVD ripper
The company refuses to refund. I bought the .exe version by accident as it wasn't at all clear on their website what you are buying. I needed .dmg for mac. As they took their time in replying to my email and I needed to continue my work, I bought another DVD ripper from someone else. Anymp4 refuse to refund me. I found better elsewhere for cheaper. Anymp4 has a terrible customer service (they reply to your email 24 hours later) and then refuse to refund. Very very poor service. If you do decide to go ahead with them, just make sure you can get your hands on the information whether you're buying .exe or .dmg. I certainly couldn't find it and just trusted them blindly. Big mistake.
