Online design tool for eCommerce business
The online design tool is amazing for making banners, ads, and social media images for my eCommerce business. I use it every week and it's super easy to use. There are so many templates to choose from, even in the free plan, which is great. I decided to upgrade to the Pro plan and I'm glad I did. The only thing I wish it had was a feature to process images in batches. Overall, I highly recommend this tool and give it a 5-star rating.
AI generator disappointing
I tried using that AI text to image generator thing and honestly, it was a total bust. It couldn't even manage simple stuff like making images look real or getting rid of backgrounds properly. I burned through a big chunk of my credits and still couldn't find a single good picture. So now, I just stick to using it for taking out backgrounds and that's about it.
AI photo editing software
I was really disappointed by the AI photo editing software I tried for professional use. Instead of making my pictures look better in a natural way, it just made me look like a fake plastic doll. And to make matters worse, reaching customer service was a challenge, plus they didn't even offer refunds. In the end, my whole experience with the software was pretty disappointing.
Photo editing app subscription
I gotta be real with ya, this AI photo editing app is a big letdown. They hyped up all this fancy artificial intelligence stuff to make my photos look amazing, but what I ended up with was just another basic app with nothing special going for it. I was seriously bummed out that I had to do all the heavy lifting myself, like scanning photos and covering up flaws. Why would I shell out cash for something I could easily find for free somewhere else? They say they're all about AI, but it's all just a bunch of fluff. If they actually knew what they were talking about with AI, then they're trying to pull a fast one on us. If not, they're just clueless about their own product.
Photo editing service
I was so disappointed with the photo editing service I got. The final pictures didn't even look like me, and when I asked for a refund, they wouldn't help me out. I tried to dispute the charge on PayPal, but they ignored me there too. It was just so frustrating and upsetting overall.
Clipping tool purchase
This company is a total joke. I trusted them with my money and they really messed up. They didn't deliver on time and charged me way too much for what they did. I'd recommend avoiding this disaster in the making.
Picture download
I was really disappointed with trying to download a picture from this website. They made me sign up, which I wasn't thrilled about, and then hit me with unexpected charges. It felt like a bait-and-switch move and honestly, I was not happy about it. I definitely wouldn't suggest this site to anyone wanting to download photos.
Background remover software disappointment
The background remover software really disappointed me. They claimed to have a "Bulk background remover" feature, but it was far from it. You can upload several images at a time, but you still have to remove the background for each one separately. It's a time-consuming and tedious process. Plus, you can't switch between images without losing all the work you've done on one. It's frustrating and not very efficient.
Waste of time
This website is seriously the worst. The tools they have are completely useless, couldn't even create anything decent using them. Their "AI Tools" are such a scam, don't do anything good. Forget about getting any help from their support, good luck getting a reply or refund. I wouldn't suggest this website to anyone, stay away from it!
Photo editing software purchase
The customer support lady, Christine, really knew her stuff and was super helpful when I needed help with all my questions. But man, I gotta say, I was pretty let down by their photo editing software. It was buggy, glitchy, and didn't have all the features I needed for my projects. To top it off, when I let them know how bummed I was, they only offered me a partial refund and wouldn't give me the full refund I asked for, which just ain't cool. I was really hoping for better quality and service from them.
Image editing service trial
The image editing service trial was a huge letdown. I wanted to spruce up an old black and white photo during their free 3-day trial, but the photos they sent back were unrecognizable. I canceled my account just an hour in when I realized it wasn't up to snuff, but they still charged me after the trial ended. When I tried to get a refund, they said no dice. The whole experience left me feeling pretty cheated and let down.
Cancelation issue
I cancelled my account a while ago, but I'm still getting charged! I did everything they said to do, but it didn't fix the problem. Now I'm broke and not even using their service. It's driving me crazy!
