Budget car rental booking
My recent experience booking a Budget car rental with QEEQ was awesome. I was a first-time customer and was really impressed with how easy it was to book and the great prices they had. I had never heard of them before, but I decided to give them a shot for my trip to the USA. The car I rented was way cheaper than anywhere else I looked. And to top it off, I got a free upgrade to a RAM pickup, which would have cost a lot more if I went through someone else. It almost felt too good to be true, but everything went smoothly and I had a great experience from beginning to end.
Car rental in Naples, Italy
I gotta say, I had a great experience with the car rental service on this platform. I was hunting for some discounts and good prices, so I decided to give it a shot. And man, I was not disappointed. Booking was a breeze, and the whole rental process went super smoothly. The customer service team was also on point, answering all my questions in no time. I'm thinking about going for their Diamond option next time, 'cause I've been pretty happy with the service so far. Fingers crossed they keep up the good work in the future!
Last-minute car rental
I was really in a tight spot because another car rental company bailed on me, but thank goodness I came across an awesome deal on this platform. Everything went super smoothly and I ended up getting the exact car I was looking for at a lower price than what I initially booked. The info they gave me about pick-up and the documents I needed were easy to follow and really came in handy. I was totally blown away by the top-notch service I got. And as if that wasn't great enough, they even threw in a free upgrade as a sweet bonus!
Car rental experience
My experience renting a car from this company was amazing the whole way through. The employees were super nice and made everything simple and quick. When I got to the pickup spot, the car was all set and good to go, so it saved me a bunch of time. When I brought the car back, the staff checked it out really well, which made me feel better knowing I wouldn't get hit with any surprise fees. I was really happy with how well they took care of me and I'll definitely be renting from them again in the future.
Fiat 500 Hybrid rental
I just rented a Fiat 500 Hybrid from this car rental place and it was awesome. It was the perfect car for cruising around Italy - great mileage and small size which made it easy to maneuver through tight streets and find parking. The only downside was that it had some trouble handling the steep mountains in the Alps since it didn't have a lot of power, so I had to downshift a lot. But overall, it's a great choice for solo or couple travelers.
Recent rentals with this company
I rented a couple cars through that supposedly convenient platform, thinking I was making a smart choice. The prices seemed fair, and I even splurged on their AXA insurance they kept pushing. But you know what happened? A stupid rock hit the windshield of one of the cars during my trip, and I got stuck with an extra fee from the rental company. Great way to kick off my vacation, huh? Luckily, their "easy" insurance claims process actually worked pretty smoothly, and I got my money back quicker than I thought. Still, that's the least they could do after causing me all that trouble in the first place.
