Car rental experience
My time at the car rental place was really good, no issues at all. When I got there, the person working at the check-in desk was nice and offered to let me use her hotspot so I could get on my credit card app and adjust my limit. It was cool that they didn't push me to buy insurance, and I got to pick from the cars they had available, which was a nice surprise and felt like an upgrade from what I originally booked. When I returned the car, everything went smoothly, and the car was in great shape with 54,000 miles on it. Plus, the shuttle driver helped me with my bags, which made the whole experience even better.
Clean cars, professional staff
The prices at this rental company were such a great deal, way better than what I've seen anywhere else. The people working there were excellent, they really took the time to help me with any questions I had. The cars were super clean and didn't have that gross smoke smell I usually associate with rentals. Plus, the guy outside even took the time to check out the car with me to make sure there weren't any hidden damages that could end up costing me extra. I think I've found my new favorite rental company for both work and personal trips.
Rental experience in San Francisco
I recently rented a car in San Francisco and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The whole process went smoothly and the people working there were nice. But, here's the thing you gotta be careful about - your stuff. I found out the tough way that you can't leave anything in the car, not even a charging cable. It might even be safer to just leave your car unlocked so it doesn't get broken into. Besides that, everything else was all good.
First time renting from this car rental place
So, me and my family from Philly decided to give this new car rental place a shot. We reserved online and when we arrived at the airport, the line was crazy long compared to other rental spots. But we decided to wait it out and man, we were so happy we did! Everything was really smooth, from booking on the internet to getting the car, cruising around in it, and returning it. It was just all fantastic! You guys are seriously awesome!
Car rental experience
I had the best time with the rental car and the folks working there. They were super nice and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I've been coming back since 2015 and they've never let me down. Unlike other rental places we've checked out, Fox Car Rental always gives top-notch service.
Great deal, unexpected awesome experience
I was a little worried about using this car rental place because I've heard some negative things about it. But when I saw the price, I thought, "Why not give it a try?" And I'm really glad I did! The whole experience was much better than I thought it would be! And the guy, Charles, at the front desk was really friendly and helped me with everything. Thanks for making my rental car experience so great!
Smooth and efficient
I've rented from Fox Car Rental before, but I was a little worried this time because of some bad reviews. Turns out, I had nothing to stress about! Everything went super smoothly. The airport pickup was fast, checking out at the rental spot was a breeze, and I got a gorgeous new SUV to cruise around in. The pricing was fair, and returning the car was a cinch. All in all, I had a fantastic experience with Fox Car Rental.
Recent car rental experience
I just rented a car for the first time at Miami International Airport from January 18th to the 22nd. The whole thing went really well - the shuttle service was quick, the rental process was easy, and I got a nice new Dodge Charger for a good price for five days. The folks at the rental place were nice and professional, which made the whole thing easy and not stressful. I'd definitely rent from them again in the future.
First time using off site car rental - loved it!
I just used a car rental service for the first time outside of the airport, and I have to say, it was a breeze! The shuttle for pick up and drop off was really convenient, the staff was friendly, and the service was top-notch. Plus, getting dropped off right at the gate doors was just the icing on the cake! I'll definitely be recommending this service to others and will be using them again on my next trip to Orlando.
Desk experience at airport
I went to the airport rental desk and man, it was top-notch service. They hooked me up with a free upgrade since they didn't have my car class available, but I wasn't even mad about it. The car they gave me was amazing, and when I brought it back, everything was easy peasy. Best part was there were no surprise charges, which was pretty awesome. I'll definitely be going back there next time!
Rode two busses
Taking two buses to get to and from the airport to the car rental place was pretty annoying. Other car rental places don't make you go through all that trouble, so this one isn't the greatest. Hopefully next time I can find a better deal.
Rental experience
My family and I went to rent a car. The person at the counter was friendly, but they kept pushing us to buy extra things we didn't really want. They also got us to pay more for gas in a sneaky way. We felt a bit pressured to purchase a pass that turned out to be pricier than if we had bought it separately. The car was clean, though. They only had large cars available, but we were able to get one without any trouble. Overall, the experience was just okay, I suppose.
Quick pick-up process
The pick-up process at the car rental place was super quick and efficient. Normally, I've had to wait forever at other rental spots, but the staff here were on the ball and ready to help. I got my car right away and it made everything way easier and less stressful. Plus, the car was in great shape and the price was really competitive, way better than other choices around town.
Affordable car rental
I was actually kind of surprised by how cheap it was to rent a car from this spot. The car itself was awesome, and I didn't have any issues picking it up or dropping it off. The only downside was feeling like the people at the front desk were pushing me to buy extra stuff I didn't really need. I get that it's just business, but it was a little irritating.
Rental car emergency
I was in a tough spot when my first rental car company bailed on my reservation and left me stuck at the Chicago airport. Luckily, Fox saved the day and hooked me up with a rental car pretty quickly. The only downside was that there was just one person manning the desk, so I had to wait a bit to finally get the keys to the car.
Efficient service with friendly staff
The service at this car rental spot was amazing. I was really impressed by how friendly and respectful the staff was, especially Francis. They were super quick to take care of any issues I had, and the billing process was a breeze thanks to Ed and Edna. This team really knows how to make their customers happy.
Easy rental process, great customer service
The lady who helped me at the rental spot, Miriam, was super nice and did a great job explaining everything about how renting and returning the car works. When I accidentally left my keys on the car keys after dropping it off, the lost and found team was fast in getting them back to me at my house. It really showed me how efficient and professional the staff there is.
Quick rental process
My time with Fox Car Rental was pretty good. The shuttle service made it easy to get to and from the rental office, the people working there were nice, and the car was in good shape. The only problem was getting charged for an extra day because of a glitch, but when I reached out, they fixed it right away. Even with that little hiccup, I'd still rent from them again and suggest them to others.
Reliable, discounted and ideal car rental service
We got a SUV hired for two day road trip for a wedding among friends in. They have great discounts for the trips, pretty much specialized in it.
I totally recommend them for any affordable or international car trips.
