Seafoam can
I recently went to an auto parts store to pick up a Seafoam can. When I walked in, I went up to a salesperson at the counter to ask for help. Unfortunately, the salesperson was pretty rude and didn't make me feel welcome. He gave me some attitude and told me to go to the back of the store to find the Seafoam can I needed. After I found it and brought it to the register to pay, the same salesperson checked me out in a disrespectful way. It made my whole shopping trip not very enjoyable. Even though he was acting that way, I stayed calm and didn't cause any trouble. But I left the store feeling let down and disrespected. Good customer service is important to me, and this store lacked that during my visit. Because of this bad experience, I won't be coming back in the future.
