I recently rented a car through Discover Cars for my trip to SFO. The whole process was super easy, and I found a great deal on a car that was just right for me. When I went to pick up the car at the airport counter with Dollar/Hertz, the service was okay. But the real challenge came when I realized I forgot to grab a hardcopy receipt when I returned the car. I reached out to Discover Cars for help, and they quickly responded and took care of everything professionally. It took a few days, but they made sure I had the receipt and was happy with their service. Shout out to Max for staying on top of things and making sure everything was sorted out. Booking error correction
I messed up my email address when I was booking a car rental, but it was no big deal. I reached out to customer service through the Help form, and I got a reply back super fast, within just thirty minutes. Paul from customer service hopped on it right away, fixed my error, and sent the correct booking stuff to the right email. I'm really grateful for how quickly and efficiently Paul handled it.
Car rental experience
I rented a car and it was great! The price was really cheap too. The place was a bit far from the airport, but no big deal. It was fast and simple. But then they tried to sneak in a $10 charge for cleaning. I mean, seriously? That's not cool at all.
Change of car return date for Murcia Airport
I had to change the date for returning my car at Murcia Airport because of a family emergency. Oskars made the whole process easy, they responded quickly and took care of everything efficiently. I would definitely recommend their service.
Recent booking disappointment
We thought we were gonna get a sweet deal on our car rental because of this promo email we got on March 15th. But when my wife went to check out the prices on her laptop, there was no discount like they said. It was a letdown and made us feel kinda bummed about the whole thing. We were looking forward to saving some cash, but the shady pricing situation just left us feeling deceived and annoyed.

My first time renting a car was really smooth. I had a bit of trouble adding extra insurance, but luckily customer service guy Max was super helpful and got it sorted out fast.
Car rental purchase experience
My experience with the car rental service was pretty good, except for one big issue with sneaky insurance charges. I had reserved a car with Discover Cars and everything was fine until I got to Centauro, the rental place. I was surprised to see that they had added on extra charges for full insurance without even asking me. I already had my own insurance and didn't want more. I thought it was shady and maybe even illegal for them to do that without telling me. Car rental prices are already high, especially now with COVID, so it's frustrating to see companies trying to make more money by tricking customers.

Yeah, so I rented a car and it was really confusing! I specifically asked for a wagon, but they handed me something completely different. They told me the car had a full tank of gas, but it was totally empty! Plus, they wanted to charge me 20 bucks for cleaning the car in advance, or else I had to clean it myself. And they were constantly pushing me to buy insurance even though I already had coverage! And on top of all that, they didn't even give me clear instructions on where to return the car. It was such a mess!
Easy booking process, multiple currency confusion
The booking process was pretty easy, but I did notice a few spelling mistakes on the website that made me a little skeptical about the whole thing. And then I got thrown off when I saw my final payment broken down in three different currencies. It was kind of confusing and made me unsure about how much everything was really going to cost. The deposit range was also pretty wide, anywhere from 1000-3000€, so I wasn't sure what I would actually end up paying. But, even with all that, the whole process went by pretty fast and the website itself looked like it was put together really well.
