Cargo Box 73 quart for Polariz RXR
I ordered the part on May 20th. I did not get the part until the first week of June, about the 5th or 6th. It was the wrong box. I tried to contact them my e-mail, and got no response. I tried to call them, and got no response. They finally picked up the phone about three days later. They would answer chat about 6 hours late. They balked at sending me a shipping label. I finally shipped it back to them in California, and they received the box June 16, 2023. It is July 21, 2023. NO REFUND of my $299.99. If you want wrong parts, stonewalling, no communication, and fraud : use KEMIMOTO. This has to come from HONG KONG> go to your dealer for equipment. Forget this fraud.

Did order a tool box. Got the box but it was locked and got no keys and no accessories so it was usless. Dispute failed because ali express are on thier side.
Even post office told me that they are scamming me if they don't belive in my proof i got.

This company is in Hong Kong! Ordered a front camera. They didn’t ship out for 5 days and now it can take up to 25 days to arrive! Total BS. Don’t order from this company unless your ready to collect dust waiting on the part to arrive.

Polaris door bags woth kne pad
Very disappointed with ther bags. They are advertised as water proof and they are not. Also tje zippers still constantly.
I purchased a forward controls kit that had been evaluated and checked for fitment by you on ebay.
Everything looked good and was all there but when I went to install everything, the threads on The break adjustment rod and the brake pedal were unusable.

I ordered 2 sets of wiper motor assemblies weeks ago. I have sent numerous emails and called several times with no response..... order status stares unfilled? They deducted the funds from my account but never confirmed,shipped or commented on my purchase. Seems shady to me. Looking for a shipment date or arrival date.
Adjustable Break Away UTV Side mirrors for Polaris Ranger
Purchased a set of the referenced mirrors from the Kemimoto website. Wish I could say more, but I never received them and cannot get a response from them via email or telephone after several attempts trying both. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Do yourself a favor and pay more somewhere else. At least you will get something for your money.

Do not order more than 1 item at a time from their "official" website. I ordered 3 items and only received 1. Order says complete. Customer service is a joke.

Kemimoto is real fast at selling you something, But when you have trouble with a shipment they are impossible to contact. I received a underseat box for a XP1000 Polaris Ranger that has a broken hinge. Can not find a contact to help with returning the damaged box for a replacement. Need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered mud fender flares 1st I got was great 2nd set missing the middle fenders for the back on our can am x3 would like them sent right away but says they are out of the office. Will not order there again until I receive them. Order # for both sets KE 28494 and KE 16876

ordered side mess for my rzr pro xp got them but 3straps out of 4 broken e mailed them 3 times NO RESPON i even asked if i could buy them still NO RESPONS these side mess is useless with out these ft straps
