After a long 150 days gap during Covid period ,I booked a car .Very much scare about precautions either taken properly by sellers and owners .I had luggage in big quantity .Trip was almost like an adventures trip.This was a spacious car with enough adjustments.Just two passenger s.
There is no change in rates either rental or deposit.Condirions of today is not normal as earlier.There should be some relief as financially people are shattered.
Anyhow, Rental Cars team is very professional with their responsibility .They fully assured ,car is nicely sanitized and need not to worry.
Over all it was a safe journey ,nice journey

I had an horrible experience with this company on August 7th,2023. I ended up been charged for $286.44 for a car I could not withdraw because of miscommunication with Drivalia (the rental car company) and Rentalscar.com.
I submitted all documentation and information requested, but the two companies are blaming each others and both refused to issue a refund or credit for the amount charged on my credit card.Rental Car
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
I read the reviews and decided to use this company to rent a larger vehicle. I needed to transport a facility dog for the children’s hospital I work for in South Florida. Our new team member was in training in Georgia, and I thought a small SUV would be more comfortable for her on the 8-hour trip to her new home.
When I arrived at the airport to pick up my rental I was asked where I was going and when I said Georgia, I was told that I could not take the car out of state. OK, no problem. Please refund my money as you have to pre-pay, and I will use another rental agency.
Problem #1 – The contracted company at the airport has no means to give a refund and gave me 2 phone numbers to call
Problem #2 – Nobody that answers the phone can do anything to help. I was even told “this is a loss for you”. They were rude and argumentative. Perhaps they have done this to other people so they have experience.
So, I was charged the moment I booked, did not receive the vehicle and then a refund was refused. Sound like a customer serviced focused company to you??
I finally got someone to respond to an email and was asked for additional information. That was 2 days ago and no response.
I recommend that you use a reputable company when you need to rent a car or risk getting taken for a ride!!Rental car
WORST AGENCY EVER!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! I had to cancel the reservation not because of my fault but for the rental car place fault. And this rentalscars agency in Uk had me on the phone with 4 different people 2 rude women said I can only change the reservation or I will loose the whole amount which was more than $700. One of them even hanged up on me. And then 2 other men said that they could cancel and refund me but charge me 3 days of the rental which ended up charging me $84. It’s better that than losing the whole $700 but its still so unfair. This people are THIEVES!!! Many agencies are just trying to recover the money the lost during the pandemic. DONT FALL FOR IT.
