The routes are Portsmouth - Fishbourne, Lymington - Yarmouth, Lymington - Yarmouth, and Portsmouth Harbour - Ryde. Wightlink has the experience, carrying 4.6 million passengers every year, on more than 100 sailings a day. They have excellent facilities, with eight well-equipped ferries running on the three convenient routes. Wightlink strives for a greener future, with a hybrid-energy flagship ferry and a host of environmentally friendly initiatives. Their services are punctual, reliable and with crossing times from just 22 minutes.

Wightlink products service for those traveling on foot, by bike, or in a vehicle. Dogs and children under five (0-4 years old) travel free and booking directly with Wightlink guarantees the best available price. Wightlink’s tickets come in different types - foot passenger, vehicle, motorcycle, accompanied children, blue badge, combination, coaches, school trips, multilink passenger passes, multilink vehicle passes, view/top-up ticket pass, and business pass. Wightlink also has car and motorcycle parking spaces on-site or nearby at each of Wightlink’s six ferry ports. Customers with an electric vehicle can make use of charging points at the Portsmouth Gunwharf, Fishbourne, Lymington, and Ryde Pier Head ports. In order to park, customers can purchase a 30-day Parking Permit which allows them to park at any Wightlink-owned car park at our ports for just a token. Permits are valid for 30 consecutive days.

Wightlink offers discounts such as blue badge discounts for the disabled or sick, Tesco Clubcard vouchers, competitions where customers can win, MyLink for those living on the Isle of Wight, and NHS appointment discounts. Wightlink provides service for businesses that travel regularly between the Isle of Wight and the mainland. There are food and drink outlets at each of Wightlink’s ports and onboard all their vehicle ferries, too, so travelers can grab a locally-sourced hot bite to eat and something to drink as they sail across the Solent. Ticket booking can be done either on the Wightlink website or app.
