Sesame banking account
Don't bother opening a Sesame banking account. They won't show you your transactions or send monthly statements. I'm over it since they started charging $10 a month. Forget that. Untrustworthy company
This company is not someone you should trust with your money. The people they hire aren't qualified and can be pretty rude. When you try to get help from customer service, all you get are canned responses that don't really address your concerns. They seem more focused on getting their paycheck than actually helping you out. It was a nightmare trying to close my account - they just ignored my requests, both spoken and written. To top it off, they let some fraudulent charges go through on my prepaid card, leaving me with a negative balance. It took them forever to finally close my account, and then they had the nerve to try to hit me with a monthly fee. This company is a total scam, and you won't catch me doing business with them again. Don't waste your time or fall for their lies.

Constant spam emails
They keep sending you a ton of emails every day, even if you never signed up or bought anything from them. This has been going on for years according to other people's reviews. The unsubscribe link is useless because you have to make an account just to stop the annoying emails. It's a complete scam.
Subscription cancellation process
It's frustrating to have to reach out to support just to cancel a subscription, especially when it's not easy to find on the website. It can be unsettling to know that the company still has your card details and needs someone to manually turn off the service. As a customer, it's worrying to come across businesses that work like this because it makes you wonder about how reliable and trustworthy they are with your personal info.
Fraudulent charge resolution
My experience with this credit card company has been really disappointing. They promised to help me fix my credit, but it didn't happen. And when I tried to get help with a charge that I didn't make, they didn't take responsibility. I even showed them proof that I couldn't have made the charge because I was far away when it happened, but they still refused to refund me. It's not right how they treat their customers' money. I think people should think twice before using this company for their finances.

I just found out that someone made an account using my email without asking me. I keep getting annoying spam emails from them and I've tried reaching out asking them to delete the account, but they're ignoring me. What they're doing is totally against the law and they should get fined for it.

After I opened an account with this company, I found some sneaky fees that nobody told me about ahead of time. They haven't said a word to me about it since. I think they might've tried to slide those fees in the fine print after the fact. I'm thinking about hitting them up with a complaint to the CFPB and BBB, and maybe getting in on a class action lawsuit to sort this mess out.

The credit monitoring service I got was not great. I thought the platform was confusing and hard to figure out, and it didn't give me much useful info about my credit score. On top of that, the customer service was no help at all when I tried to get some answers. Overall, I was really disappointed with the whole thing and wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

I tried this credit monitoring service recently and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. They kept hounding me with emails asking for personal info, and then they turned around and sold it to other companies! And to top it off, some of those companies were straight-up scamming people - not cool at all. I would steer clear of getting any credit cards through this service, especially with Mission Lane, because of their dishonest practices.
Card issues
I had this credit card that was supposed to boost my credit score, but it ended up being a total disaster! Everything was going okay in the beginning, but then they suddenly stopped covering my purchases. It felt like they completely forgot about me! Plus, they added some negative stuff to my credit report, which is definitely not cool. And when I decided I was done with them, my credit score took a nosedive. Ugh, that company was the absolute worst!
