How does making use of LoanByPhone’s services affect your credit score? Read reviews to learn the answers to these questions!

About LoanByPhone
LoanByPhone is a subsidiary of Check Into Cash, another payday lender. In fact, Check Into Cash is one of the nation’s largest payday lenders and was founded by W. Allen Jones, who also played a big role in setting up the Community Financial Services Association of America.

Payday lenders have a shaky reputation, often being accused of predatory lending. They have also been accused of specifically targeting vulnerable groups in societyby placing stores in underprivileged minority neighborhoods. In doing so, predatory lenders specifically target poor African Americans and Latinos, setting them up with insurmountable debt and excessive fees. It is important for customers to know whether LoanByPhone is such a predatory lender. Submit your reviews so that customers know whether they can trust LoanByPhone.

Service
LoanByPhone offers payday loans and installment loans. Neither are intended for long-term lending or to fund a house or car. Instead, a payday loan is a short-term loan and an installment loan is a medium-term loan. Furthermore, you can get a line of credit, where you are free to borrow as much as you want within your credit limit. Using a credit limit comes with an interest rate of 299%.

Customers should be aware that borrowing money costs you money. In August 2017, a loan in Oregon of $100 comes with an annual percentage rate (APR) north of 150%. But that is nothing compared to the interest rate in California: 460%! Meanwhile, people who call Wisconsin, Nevada or Utah their home state face an APR of 651%. Are these interest rates fair? Are they manageable? How do they compare to other short-term lenders? Let us know in your reviews!

To get a payday loan, you need to be at least 21. By filling out an application on your phone, you will get your cash to your account once LoanByPhone has confirmed your information.
