Credit reporting service
I recently used this credit checking service and man, let me tell you, it was a total disappointment. So at first, they suckered me in with this offer to waive the sign-up fee if I used a promo code. I thought, "great!" But guess what? They still charged me that fee! And get this - they buried all the fine print in an email, probably hoping I wouldn't notice it in my spam folder. So I asked for my money back and they gave me the ol' runaround. Then they hit me with that excuse that I was past the deadline to get a refund. Honestly, the level of deceit and lack of honesty is just not cool in today's business scene. My advice? Be careful if you're thinking about dealing with this company.
Misleading and Non-responsive
I had a really bad experience with this service. I signed up one day and then the next day they told me my home didn't qualify. But they still charged my credit card without asking me first. When I tried to get my money back, they said it was too late, even though I canceled within two days and they say you have up to seven days to cancel. They broke their own rules and treated me unfairly. This service is a scam, and I suggest staying far away from them.
Rip-off charges
This company is such a scam! They won't stop charging my card even though I've called them several times to cancel. It's been months and they still haven't refunded my money. Seriously, do not use their services!
Late rent reporting accuracy
I had a frustrating experience with RentReporters when it came to reporting late rent payments. My tenant paid late, but RentReporters marked it as on-time because it was paid within the month, like a creditor's deadline. As a landlord, this system doesn't show the reality of late payments. I don't think landlords should trust RentReporters for accurate reporting. The choices they offer for reporting payments as on-time or not paid don't really match up with the actual payment timeline, which could give landlords false information.
Noise-Canceling Headphones
I can't believe what a rip-off this product turned out to be! I tried to cancel my subscription before they charged me, but they totally ignored me and just kept charging me anyways. When I asked for help, they tried to distract me with offers for free stuff instead of actually fixing the problem. And you know what? My credit didn't even get better like they said it would. It's a bunch of baloney if you ask me! Save your money and time and steer clear of these scammers.
