Upgrade: Solid but Unremarkable

I've had a mixed experience with Upgrade. On one hand, the application process was pretty straightforward and I was able to get approved for a loan relatively quickly. However, the interest rate was higher than I was expecting and the customer service was hit or miss.

One time, I had a question about my account and called customer service. The representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful, but another time I called, I was on hold for a long time and the representative seemed uninterested in assisting me.

Additionally, I haven't been impressed with their online account management. The website is clunky and hard to navigate, and I've had trouble finding certain information.

Overall, I would say that Upgrade is an okay choice for a loan, but there may be better options out there with lower interest rates and better customer service. I would recommend checking out other lenders before committing to Upgrade. And also I haven't seen any physical store of the company, as I only interacted with them through the website and customer service calls.
