I just signed up for a three-month subscription and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed. There was only one person they matched me with, and they were totally not my type. It felt like they tricked me with the whole free version thing, and now I feel like I wasted so much time filling out that super long questionnaire.
Lots of matches every day, easy to communicate
I really enjoy using SilverSingles because it offers me a wide range of options to pick from each day. The profiles are thorough and allow me to get a good sense of who someone is before I start talking to them. And the messaging system is very easy to use!
Subscription to a dating service
As a customer, I really did appreciate the explanation you sent my way, but honestly, I was kind of bummed out that not all of my questions got answered. I get that you can't always answer every single question, but I think better communication would go a long way in boosting the overall customer experience.
Online dating experience
I hopped on this online dating site after my partner passed away, just trying to find love once more. But man, let me tell ya, it hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows. I've had some matches who can't even bother to shoot back a simple hello. Then there was this one match who up and vanished after a few messages, only to resurface on a different dating site for the 50 and over crowd, but with a different name! And don't even get me started on the match who didn't have a photo up - major red flag, if you ask me. In conclusion, this whole ordeal has left me pretty disappointed, so I'm gonna go ahead and cut ties with this site and make sure to give others a heads up on social media.
Profile picture upload issue
I've been having some trouble trying to upload profile pictures on this service. I've tried so many times and even reached out to my phone provider, but I just can't seem to get any pictures to post from my Android phone. I know how important it is to have profile pictures on a dating app, so others can see who you are. It's been really frustrating not getting any help or support with this issue, and it's really affecting my overall experience with the service. If this problem could get fixed, I think I'd feel a lot better about the service and would probably give it a great rating.
Matches outside of requested radius
The website had a pretty good selection of possible matches, but, you know, a lot of the ones they sent me were way out of the 50-mile radius I put in my profile. It was tough to reach out to those folks and set up dates with them.
Expensive subscription, lack of responses, long-distance matches, technical issues
As a customer, I've been pretty let down by my experience. Even though I put a good chunk of change into a year-long subscription, I've run into a bunch of problems with the platform. I've tried reaching out to a few people, but I hardly ever get a reply. And most of the matches I get live in different states, so meeting up in person is tough. Plus, there have been some technical issues like clicking on a profile and it not showing up on my phone. All in all, my time on the site hasn't been great.

I just signed up for an online dating service and I was kinda bummed because the prices they said in the reviews weren't the same as what they told me when I got a quote. Also, I started getting a ton of spam emails right after I gave them my info.
Scammer detection
I reached out to customer service to let them know about a scammer I came across on the site. I gave them all the details like email, phone number, name, and even a picture of the person. But, they didn't seem to find the scammer. I was pretty bummed out by their lack of digging into it and checking back with me.
Scammed into sending personal info
I thought I found my soulmate on this app, but then they locked me out of my account and demanded that I send them pics of my ID. And now they're ghosting me, like what's up with that? It's a total scam!
Age-specific dating website
I like that this dating site is geared towards a certain age group and has a personality quiz, but I'm bummed out about all the fake profiles. And it seems like they don't really consider distance when matching people up, which is tough when you're in a small town.
Matches not within requested mileage range
I was a bit bummed about the lack of potential matches, but I was impressed by how professional and educated most of them were.
Fake profiles, frustrating experience
My time on that platform was so annoying. I kept running into fake profiles and folks that the company said were shady. Even after three months of being a customer, I never had a good convo with someone close by. It kinda sucked not getting to talk to real people.
