Positive Experience with Allivet - Great Prices, Fast Shipping and Excellent Customer Service
I have been a client of Allivet for the past few months and have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Autoship discount on refillable item
I just started getting this thing on autoship from Allivet because it needs to be refilled every few months. They're the only ones who recognize it as refillable, so I get the autoship discount, which is pretty cool. Autoship cancellation process
I just had to cancel my autoship order with this company, and man, let me tell you, it was a pain in the neck. Setting up the autoship was a breeze, super convenient, but canceling? Total nightmare. Most places have an easy-peasy online way to cancel autoship, but not Allivet. Nope, I had to pick up the phone, wait forever on hold, talk to a rep, get bumped up to a manager, and then explain why I wanted to cancel. Such a hassle, could've been way easier.
Quick and friendly customer service
The customer service at this place is amazing! I had a small problem with a coupon and my credit, but they fixed it right up and even threw in overnight delivery! It's great to be able to chat with an actual person and get things taken care of immediately.
Meds for our pupper
Our 14-year-old dog was hurting pretty bad, but Allivet really saved the day! Our vet's costs were just way too much, but Allivet made it possible for us to care for our furry family member without going broke. We're super grateful for their affordable meds that we can get delivered anywhere in the USA. It's a real lifesaver for our 1529 union Millwright family!
Dog's medication
I've been using this company to get my dog's meds for a while now and so far, my experience has been pretty good. The customer service has been solid, but I do wish they would let you remove items from your autoship online instead of having to call. It's a pain when you're busy and just need to make a quick change. Besides that, I have no issues and will keep relying on this company for my pet's meds.
