Bars and puffs
Loved these bars at first then they got nasty. I can hardly get it down. Not sure what’s happened. The puffs yuk! Unless you like marshmallows then you might like them. I got the banana- mistake don’t like so not going to try any others. Can’t understand why I can’t eat them anymore. Glenn Beck—- you can have-’em!!!
Several Boxes bars and bites
We received the bars/bites yesterday and when inspecting the packages, we noticed something very troubling. They state, “…manufactured on equipment that processes Peanuts and Tree Nuts” on the bites boxes. The website states just the opposite for the bars, and we purchased theses bars/bites for our girls who have severe peanut allergies.
We hope there is a reasonable explanation for these misleading statements. To say we are unhappy with your company is an understatement. We do not trust the website nor the packaging labels and thus will be throwing out the entire order. The bars are useless to us and we expect a complete refund immediately.

Horrible, horrible delivery service. I could have driven from Arizona to Utah and received them faster. Will NEVER order again.
Mixed Box
The bars have a nice texture and the flavor is really good. The main issue about this company is the slow order processing and this almost lack of urgency with shipping your order.
I have ordered twice and experienced slow processing and shipping of items both times.
Unfortunately, the delivery issues with them are very common, and have come across complaints on BBB about it as well as many sites like this. If you are going to order I would suggest being prepared to wait for delivery because it will take way longer than most other companies in this space.
I also order from MagicSpoon and the processing and delivery are so much better than Built Bar.
With so many negative responses from customers about this issue, it will be interesting to see how long the company takes to either fix the shipping issues or lose what could be long lasting customers.Bars
My original order apparently got lost and was just sitting in Illinois. The company kept giving me the run around about giving it more time etc etc, well finally after almost a month they decide to get me a replacement order which never shipped. So I kept on them. Said they really should expedite my shipping since I never got my last order well they then Tell me they don’t expedite but my order would be shipped within that day,it never did. It’s always an excuse, pushed aside and oh give it time. Well no more from me they lost what would have been a great customer because I really like these bars
Built bars
I’m pretty frustrated. I ordered built bars a few weeks ago and they’re stuck in another city. When I emailed customer service, Kevin emailed me back with just a tracking number and nothing more. Kevin is not very good at providing customer service and after reading your comments on Instagram, I am not the only customer who thinks this. Please pass this note to the owner. Your bars are ok and you’re going to start making a lot of people mad if you don’t change things quickly. Especially the shipping and customer service. If your shipping is bad, at least have someone nice and helpful in customer service. If you’re going to act like a big company, then it’s time to start hiring like one. Hire the right people or your business will suffer.

I lost weight eating this great treat! I referred many people who loved them! So what’s up! Should be a staple! SD80$ worth of built bars...
I ordered at the end of March and still no delivery.
The customer service did give me a coupon for the trouble, which is nice and they responded within minutes. BUT why would I want to buy MORE of something I have yet to even try?! I was planning to take them on a trip my son amd I have coming up. That looks like a no go.
Dear Built.... consider using a different shipping company please? Does not matter how good your product is if the vustomers who order never get to try it ...April 2 and April 7
Still have not received either shipment and company does not respond to my emails regarding shipment status.
3 Boxes
Ordered 3 boxes on March 11. Never received order. Not allowed refund so they put another order in on April 2. Here it is April 13 and order still hasn’t shipped. Keep getting run around and lame excuses about why no product yet. First 2 orders had no problems. Not sure if issue but won’t order again.

Shipping times are horrible. Product has not mined from Memphis in 3 days. Can’t see the bars being too good if I ever receive them.

Bars are tasty, but delivery is terrible. I am not going to order again. Too pricy for such terrible delivery. Order my last box the day I got my box. Deliver promised 3/29. Still no bars and no new delivery date, ugh!
Built Bars are delicious and the best protein bar I've ever had. Unfortunately, the company's customer service and shipping vendor, Lasership, is the WORST. Zero communication from the customer service department no matter how often you TRY to use their chat feature or email them. They do not respond until you are pushed to complain over and over. They are terrible with customers. Their shipping vendor, Lasership, is awful. They don't know how to package properly, and they are always two weeks out to ship from the order date. If I could purchase this product from another source other than Amazon, I would. Amazon only carries a mixed-box, and that's it. THIS IS ONE AWFULLY-RUN BUSINESS.
Absolute worst on delivery. Just terrible. They take your money real quick and then you just wait..wait or sometimes it goes to another state. Who the hell is running the cluster f of a business???
