Value of product may be double for those who have sleeping problem every night I do physical labor everyday as this is nature of my job Even then I was facing biggest problem while go to bed It was very difficult for me to relaxation into sleep easily I also used wine glasses for good time for better sleep but couldn't succeed I was not in favor to take sleeping tabs every day This could habituated and so not preferred
