When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they said I would lose 10% because of 'prepay'. I asked for my money back and how to return the product, but all I got was an email confirming my subscription was canceled, no mention of a refund. I was bummed out by the poor customer service and not honoring their 60-day return policy.

This company had the nerve to try and blackmail me into putting a backlink on my site and writing fake 5-star reviews or else they'd spam me. That's just not cool and I think everyone should know about it.

Oh my goodness, that lotion cost me an arm and a leg and didn't do squat for my aches and pains! I slathered that stuff on morning, noon, and night, and it was like I might as well have been using water for all the good it did. And to top it off, that tiny jar barely lasted a week and a few days. Total waste of money, I'm telling you! I could've just used regular lotion and gotten the same results, I swear.

This kind of trickery and lack of honesty is not ok and makes the company look bad.
