Great product, but lacking communication
The product is great, no complaints on that front. But man, the whole shipment communication thing is lacking. My card got charged, but I haven't gotten any email saying it's on its way or with tracking info. It's been a week since I ordered and I'm totally clueless. Definitely gonna have to hit them up to figure out what's going on with this lack of communication.
