Moderately Satisfied with Danker's Products and Services

I've had a pretty mixed experience with Danker. On one hand, their products are top-notch and I've been really happy with the quality. The materials they use feel sturdy and well-made, and I've had no issues with durability so far.

However, I do have a couple of complaints. Firstly, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I've had to reach out to them a few times for various issues, and the response time is always slow. It takes them a while to get back to me, and when they do, the responses are often unhelpful or incomplete.

Another issue I've had is with their online ordering process. It's not uncommon for me to encounter problems when trying to place an order, whether it's due to technical difficulties or just confusing instructions. It's frustrating to have to deal with these issues when all I want to do is make a simple purchase.

All in all, while I do think Danker's products are great, the overall experience of interacting with the company leaves something to be desired. I'll continue to buy from them, but I'll be doing so with the knowledge that there may be a few bumps along the way.
