I ordered some slim patches and Maxi Burn back in October or November 2022. I was really looking forward to giving them a shot, but when my order arrived, some items were missing. I've been sending them a ton of emails trying to sort it out, but they're not responding. I'm going to have to get my lawyer involved in this situation!
Online order for fitness equipment
My experience with this company really had me feeling frustrated and let down. I ordered some fitness equipment online, but when I tried to follow up on where my delivery was, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. The fact that they weren't keeping me in the loop and being honest about things is just not cool. And on top of that, they gave me a phony tracking number, which just shows they're not being straight with their customers. All in all, based on my bad experience, I wouldn't suggest anyone deal with this company.
Weight loss stickers
I bought some weight loss stickers from this company, thinking they could help me out with my fitness goals. But I gotta say, the delivery process has been a bit of a letdown. The customer service was great and all, but the shipping took forever. I ordered the stickers on July 7th from Canada, and they didn't get shipped out until July 22nd. And here it is, August 3rd, and I'm still waiting on them. On the flip side, I ordered something else from a company in England and got it in a week. Just goes to show you, this company's delivery system needs some work.
12-month supply purchase.
I bought a year's worth of stuff from this place back in August, but it's been 5 months and still no sign of my order. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about it, but haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating how they're not keeping in touch or providing good customer service, especially since they claimed to be so good at responding quickly.

I'm really let down by the way this company has handled things. I ordered something back in August 2022, and here we are in December and I still haven't gotten what I paid for. I've tried emailing them several times, but all I've gotten back is one measly response. They haven't given me any updates on where my order stands. It's just frustrating how they can't keep me in the loop and get my order to me on time. It's just not cool.

I had a bad experience with my recent purchase from this company. I was interested in the free trial offer, but it became clear pretty quickly that Healthier Motion was not a trustworthy company. After I sent in the postage fee like they asked, they started taking money from my bank account without permission. I tried to reach out to them about it, but they didn't give me a good solution. Their shady business practices and lack of honesty really worry me. I want to warn other customers to be careful if they decide to deal with this company.

This company is just awful! I ordered Slim Patches back in August and they've been giving me the run-around ever since. They said they had new management and assured me my order would be on its way. Well, it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard a peep or seen any patches. Definitely keep your eyes peeled if you're thinking about buying from them!
