Mediocre experience with Infusionz
I've had a mixed experience with Infusionz. On one hand, the product selection is impressive and they offer a wide variety of teas and infusions. The prices are also reasonable. However, their online customer service leaves something to be desired. I've had trouble reaching someone to answer questions and when I finally did get a response, it was often slow and unhelpful.

Additionally, I've had some issues with the packaging and shipping of my orders. Some of the teas arrived in less-than-perfect condition, which was disappointing.

Overall, I think Infusionz has a lot of potential and I do like the products, but the customer service and shipping issues are a bit of a turn-off. I will probably continue to shop with them but with a bit of reservation.
