The taste is great, really was excited about trying it, been trying to quit smoking for a long time but after 1 day my first pen stopped working so I emailed the company and they shipped a new one right away. Great! Now opened my 2nd one and after a day it isn't working! I do not use constantly so not sure why it stopped. Very disappointing. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or what. Everything else is great except that.

I would like to make a complaint. I love your product and have been a frequent customer. But your customer service is appalling. I am still awaiting a refund for a order I cancelled. It’s been a month or back and forth. I talked to a representative and latter was in touch with a manager. Both never admitted to their fault and always tried to push the burden upon me. And also pushed me away to resolve it with my back. To this day, our communications have been about how it was my fault that the refund wasn’t met or how the initial payment never went through. It’s beyond upsetting, I have repeatedly advised them that “my card was charged” and never refunded. I have taken to social media and many review websites to publicize this absurd customer service.
