Les Mills+ Membership
I'm a big fan of Les Mills+! I use it every day for my workouts. I started using it during the pandemic and I've stuck with it because the classes are so good. They have something for everyone, no matter what fitness level you're at. I like that I can choose a workout based on how I'm feeling that day. Whether I want a quickie or a longer one, they've got it. They're always putting out new stuff, which keeps me interested and motivated. The instructors are awesome and really get me pumped up during the workouts. The studio backgrounds make it feel like I'm at a real gym, even though I'm in my living room. When I can't make it to the gym or when I'm traveling, Les Mills+ is my go-to. Thanks, Les Mills, for such an awesome fitness platform. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!
App workouts
The workouts on the app are amazing! There are so many options to choose from, with new ones added all the time to keep things interesting. The quality is top-notch, it feels like you're getting trained by the best. I love that there are instructors of all ages and body types, creating a supportive community for everyone. Les Mills equipment can be pricey, but there are plenty of workouts you can do without it. I use cheap weights, resistance bands, and a budget-friendly spin bike and can still fully participate. My partner and I both use the app regularly, doing multiple workouts each week. With our great experience, the monthly price is totally worth it for the value we get. I highly recommend it!
Les Mills programs
I recently started using Les Mills programs and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the variety and quality of workouts they offer. I'm 70 years old and because of Covid restrictions, I can't go to the gym anymore. But having access to these programs has really changed the game for me. My husband and I really enjoy the new maps pilates and almanac at every body pump release. We also like adding flow and RPM into our routine. The instructions and cueing in each workout keep us motivated and make sure we're exercising safely and effectively. Overall, I'm super happy with the options Les Mills provides and love being able to do these workouts from home.
Fitness program variety
I've been part of this awesome fitness program for a few years now, and let me tell you, it's the absolute best! With my crazy schedule, I love that I can access new workouts every week with total ease. The amount of options they offer is insane - no matter how I'm feeling, my fitness goals, or my current level, there's always something that works for me. I've really gotten into strength training, Barre, combat, grit, and the hybrid workouts. And the cherry on top is the supportive online community through the app's FB group. Seriously, my life wouldn't be the same without this fitness program.
Pregnancy weight loss
Ever since I had my baby 8 months ago, I've been using this app to help me get back in shape. It's great because I can workout whenever I want and there's a bunch of different classes I can pick from. It's really helping me shed the baby weight and feel like myself again - strong and healthy. I'm absolutely loving it!
Home workout classes
I'm really happy with all the different kinds of classes you can do at home, like pump, combat, and low-impact. But I kinda wish they had older classes too, just for the nostalgia. It would be cool if we could keep track of our workout stats on the app, so we can easily look back and see how we're doing.
Exercise app subscription
The exercise app subscription I bought was totally worth it for my fitness journey. I love that I can just hop on my streaming device and easily follow the workouts from home. The tutorials on the app have been a game-changer for me trying new exercises and getting the right form down. The variety of workouts and awesome instructors keep me motivated to push myself and see progress in my fitness. There's always fresh content and new challenges, so I never get bored. The subscription is a great deal for everything you get - easy access, great content, and awesome results.
Quick, motivating workout options
As a busy mom who works a lot, fitting in time to exercise ain't easy. But let me tell you, LES MILLS has been a total life-saver for me. They offer a bunch of different workouts to choose from, and I love that I can pick between quick 15-minute sessions or longer 30-minute ones. The instructors are amazing - they give clear directions and keep me pumped up during every class. Thanks to LES MILLS, I've been able to balance work, family, hanging out with friends, and staying active without going crazy. Honestly, I can't recommend it enough!
Online exercise membership
I just signed up for an online workout membership, and I have to say, it's been amazing! I've tried classes at different gyms in the past, but the instructors at Les Mills are on another level. They're so enthusiastic and really make you feel like they're in the room with you. I've been telling all my friends about it because not only is it super high-quality, but it's also affordable. Plus, there's such a wide variety of classes to choose from, so there's something for everyone.

The LES MILLS app subscription really saved me during the pandemic. I used to go to my local gym for Body Pump and Body Attack classes all the time, so being able to do those workouts at home was amazing. The instructors on the app are seriously awesome - they keep you going, stay positive, and make working out enjoyable. Even though the pandemic was stressful, using the LES MILLS app kept me motivated and on top of my fitness goals. And I loved that I could exercise whenever it worked for my schedule.
Home workout, Strength Development, weight training, FB group
As someone who likes to work out at home, I've been really happy with the Strength Development series. The instructors know their stuff and give clear directions that are easy to follow, even for a newbie like me. The mix of exercises keeps things interesting and keeps me motivated to keep going. And the Facebook group is a great place for support and motivation. Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience at LM.
Home workout essentials
Why go to the gym when I've got everything I need for a great workout right here at home? I used to always be tied to those Les Mills classes at the gym, trying to squeeze them into my schedule and dealing with the traffic and packed rooms. But now, with just a few exercise tools and my trusty laptop, I can get my BodyPump and Step fix anytime I feel like it. No more excuses, no more standing around waiting for a class to kick off, just straight-up sweat and gains.
On-demand workout classes
I've been a huge fan of the on-demand workout classes this company offers ever since I first tried Bodypump. The workouts are seriously top-notch and really keep me going. The music is awesome and the workouts really get the job done. I can tell a lot of effort went into putting together such a great program. Plus, I got a nice discount on some equipment which was a cool bonus. Thank you for keeping me motivated and having fun all these years, especially when I needed it most.
At-home workout subscription
I've been needing to do more home workouts lately for a bunch of different reasons, and I gotta say, this at-home workout subscription has been a game-changer. The instructors are so energetic and always offer modifications, so it's easy for anyone to join in. It's only $10 extra a month on top of my regular gym membership, which I think is totally worth it for the awesome workouts. I really hope they don't raise the price in the future.
3 month on demand service
I never received any communication from the company that my renewal was coming up then I was charged for another three months. I had not used the website at all and didn’t want to continue using services. When I asked for a refund I was refused because I had not cancelled prior to renewal. I was upset because I was not notified in any way that I was up for renewal. I was very disappointed with the company and I probably will never use these services again
