Large containers of protein
My experience with Naked Nutrition was really disappointing. I was trying to buy something when this ad showed up and got me all mixed up, so I ended up with stuff I didn't even want. When I asked customer service for help, they didn't really care and I had to pay $10 to send the wrong stuff back. I used to like their products and kept coming back, but after this mess, I'm totally turned off. It was annoying to feel like they were trying to trick me as a customer.
Protein powder purchase
I recently had a frustrating experience with the customer service at this company. I've been a loyal customer for over two years, always ordering their protein powder. The quality of their products has always been great, but their customer service really let me down this time. I had a simple question about using a discount code, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. The staff didn't seem to care about my concerns or try to find a solution. It was a big disappointment compared to how great their products have been. Because of this, I'm now looking at other brands that offer similar protein powders for a better price.
Protein powder
So I bought some protein powder from this store, and man, it was not a good time. They were all sold out of stuff, so I ended up having to get the 5lb tub of protein powder. And then, get this, they wouldn't take it back if I didn't like it! Plus, all that wasted plastic from the packaging was a bummer. Just not happy with how things went down overall.
Whey protein powder purchase
I bought some whey protein powder from this company not too long ago. But I had to send it back because there were some problems with it. I did everything they told me to do for the return and according to the tracking info, Naked Nutrition got the product back more than two weeks back. But up to now, I haven't gotten my refund yet. I've been trying to call the customer service number they gave me, but I can't seem to get through to anybody. I'm really bummed about this whole situation. I wish they would give me an update or at least communicate with me about my refund.
Protein purchase
I bought some protein from this place because I'm trying to bulk up, you know? It was really clean and pure, which was nice. But then I had trouble with a coupon code and I emailed them for help multiple times. But guess what? They never replied! And when I called, they promised to call me back but never did. It's frustrating, right? It's like they don't value their customers. So annoying. I spent over $300 on protein and now I wish I hadn't. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.
Weight gainer subscription
Man, I was really stoked about my weight gainer subscription with this company. I was counting on that product to keep my weight in check. But man, I was so disappointed when they ran out of it. I reached out to them right away via text and email, asking them to hit me up when it was back or to offer me any other weight gainer they had around. Finally, when they said they had the vanilla kind in stock, I tried to order it ASAP. The person over text said they could handle it and would ship me the vanilla. But for the next 3 days, all I got were excuses like "my team hasn't gotten back to me yet." And of course, the vanilla sold out within minutes. It was beyond frustrating, especially since I would've just ordered it myself if the person hadn't said they would handle it. What's the point of having text support if they're not gonna actually help the customer? Right now, they don't have any flavors of weight gainer at all, so now I gotta search for it elsewhere. It's pretty obvious they don't really care about making sure the customer is happy.
Protein powder
I was really looking forward to trying out the protein powder from this company, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The label on the product I got didn't match up with what was on their site, so it was hard to figure out the right serving size. That kind of inconsistency definitely made me worried as a customer, 'cause you never know what you're actually getting with mislabeled products.
Unflavored protein powder purchase
I was so bummed about the unflavored protein powder I bought. I was hoping it would be super flexible and blend up easily with all kinds of drinks, but it turned out to be a total bummer with this nasty sour flavor that was nearly impossible to handle. No matter how many times I gave it a good shake in my bottle, it would just get all foamy and taste even worse. Wish I had checked out those negative reviews before pulling the trigger on this purchase – seems like a ton of the good ones were totally bogus. Can't imagine anyone actually liking that taste. Gave it one shot and never touched it again.
