Heart Guide BO8000-M
I have tried to get the product returned for almost a year as the measurements are widely inaccurate. Unfortunately I purchased the item in the US and I live now in Ireland. I have offered to send the product to the US but they can't even organise that!
There should be a law preventing big companies like Omron from launching products that do not work as promised. It's called misleading and given the age profile of the targeted customer It's deeply unjust.
