My Experience and Review
I have been using Organifi for over a year now and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their products. I first came across the brand online, and after doing some research, I decided to give it a try. I have been a fan of green smoothies for a while, and Organifi offered a convenient solution to getting my daily dose of greens.
The first product I tried was the Green Juice powder, and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was smooth, not too bitter, and had a hint of sweetness that made it enjoyable to drink. The powder is easy to use - just add it to water or a smoothie and you're good to go. I noticed that I felt more energetic and less bloated after starting to drink it regularly.
I also tried their Red Juice powder and the Gold Powder, both of which I found to be just as delicious and nutritious. The Gold Powder, in particular, is my favorite as it helps me feel calm and focused throughout the day. I love the fact that it contains a blend of turmeric, ginger, and ashwagandha, which are known for their anti-inflammatory and stress-relieving properties.
Overall, I have had a fantastic experience with Organifi. Their products are high-quality, convenient, and affordable. I love that they are committed to using only the best ingredients, and their customer service is top-notch. Wow, this green juice mix is seriously awesome! Being vegan, I'm constantly searching for products that not only taste amazing but also give my body all the necessary nutrients. This mix totally blew me away. When I mix it with almond or coconut milk, throw in some mixed frozen berries and a banana, it's like a milkshake. But when I mix it with water and add some frozen pineapple and/or mango chunks, it turns into a super refreshing fruit smoothie. I'm obsessed with how versatile and delicious this product is!
Red juice and chocolate powder
The red juice they have here is absolutely delicious, I seriously can't get enough of it! And let me tell you about the chocolate powder - it's seriously the best thing ever. The quality is top-notch and they have low sugar content, which is awesome. If you're looking for some tasty drink powders, this is the place to go!
Green and red juice bundle, immunity bundle
I recently bought the green and red juice bundle and the immunity bundle from this company. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with both products. I was pregnant and dealing with COVID when I bought them, hoping to boost my health with the immunity drink. However, the immunity drink didn't do what it claimed to do. And the green and red juice gave me awful acid reflux and got me sick in the middle of the night. It was really worrisome for me because I hadn't felt nauseous or sick at all before trying these products. I decided to send them back for a refund since they didn't work for me. But even though I started the return process, I still haven't gotten my money back. On top of that, another order went through automatically as part of a subscription service, and when I tried to cancel it I was told it was too late. So now I got charged for products I didn't even want. The customer service wasn't helpful at all and they didn't provide prepaid return labels for customers outside of the UK, so I had to pay a lot for postage and import taxes.
Wrong order received
I'm really disappointed because I got the wrong order from this company. I wanted a whole year's worth of vanilla shakes, but they sent me chocolate instead. I've tried contacting customer service several times in the last few months, but haven't heard back about the mistake. It's been really frustrating because I spent a lot of money on this and expected them to help fix it. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company because their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about fixing order problems.
Sunrise to sunset bundle
As someone who bought the sunrise to sunset bundle, I gotta say, I was really let down by the company’s lack of communication. I made it clear I wanted proof from a third party that their products were free of heavy metals, but even after bugging them for three months, I got nothing useful back. And when I did finally get some test results, they were for something I didn’t even buy! That kind of shady behavior is just not cool, it's totally killed any trust I had in them.
Three protein powders ordered for a total of $222.92
I was super bummed about my experience with this company. I ordered three protein powders, spent over $200, and never got the package. When I called customer service, they said it was delivered and even gave me tracking info from Royal Mail. But when I checked with Royal Mail, turns out the package was actually sent back. Even with proof, Organifi wouldn't give me a refund. And on top of that, the customer service guy, Alberto, was no help and had a hard time with English. Avoid buying from this company at all costs.
"Gold" supplement for rest and relaxation
I had a really bad time with the customer service at this company. The people I talked to were super rude and not professional at all. I had to wait forever to get help, and when they finally did talk to me, they didn't seem to care about my problems at all. One of the reps even said something mean about me, which was just not cool. The boss did say sorry about it, but it was too little, too late. Oh, and watch out for the "Gold" relaxation product - some folks have said it gives them stomach pains. When I called back to complain about it, the person I spoke to, I think his name was Pablo, didn't seem sorry at all. He just mentioned they knew about the stomach issues with the product, but didn't offer to make things right or even say sorry.
Protein powder purchase
I recently bought some protein powder from this company, and let me tell you, their customer service was just awful. I'm starting to doubt those glowing reviews on their website after my own not-so-great experience. I had a problem with the shipping and when I tried reaching out to customer support, it felt like forever before they got back to me. I called them multiple times, but could never get a real person on the line, even though I spent hours on hold and left my info for a call back. It's pretty frustrating to feel like they don't care about communication or their customers. Plus, the fact that their powders aren't FDA tested or approved has me worried about their quality and safety. And don't even get me started on trying to find out about heavy metal testing results - asking about that just gets met with silence.
Gold batch purchase gone wrong
I got the Gold batch from this company and it just didn't work out for me. Trying to send it back was a pain - they took forever to get back to me, and now it's been 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. I noticed they only show reviews with 4 stars or higher, which seems kind of shady. Plus, their sales tactics are so pushy - they tried to get me to buy more packs right after I placed my order. It all seems a bit sketchy to me.
Supply chain issue
So I had this major issue with my order from Organifi. The distributor messed things up big time and I ended up waiting forever for a resolution. Organifi didn't even bother to investigate the problem, they just shut down my ticket like it was no big deal. Thankfully, the distributor eventually fixed things, but Organifi was totally unhelpful throughout the whole process. Their customer service reps were friendly, but let's be real, they were completely useless. All they did was apologize and then close the ticket. It was such a hassle getting everything sorted out, so frustrating!
Expired Pure packets
The free Pure packets I got with my purchase were totally expired and all stuck together. So when I called to complain, the person on the phone didn't even offer to send me a new one. Pretty bummed about the whole thing.
