My Experience with Pinnacle Hemp
I have been a client of Pinnacle Hemp for several months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. Their customer service is top-notch and they always go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with my purchase.

The delivery was super quick, and both the Maui Wowie Delta 8 and Hawaiian Haze Flower totally blew me away. The Maui Wowie Delta 8 really packs a punch and is the closest thing to the real deal that I've ever tried. On the flip side, the Hawaiian Haze Flower gave me the chill experience I was looking for. I'll definitely be ordering from here again. But there were a couple of things I wanted to mention about the packaging. The big "brand name" on the front of the delivery envelope was a little too flashy for my taste; I would have preferred something more low-key. Plus, the plastic jars holding the products were a pain to open. I get the whole child-proof thing, but those lids were so tough to pry off that I had to use tools like a screwdriver and can opener, and that ended up messing up the jar. It would be awesome if they could make some improvements in that department.
Pet calming chews
After we brought Manny into our home, we noticed he had a lot of anxiety, especially during storms and fireworks. We tried all sorts of things to help him relax, like thunder vests and calming music, but nothing really did the trick. Then we found your pet calming chews and thought, "Why not give it a shot?" And let me tell you, it made a huge difference! Manny's anxiety went way down and he's been able to chill out more easily. It's been a few years now, and we still use your products to help Manny feel better when he's stressed. Our whole family, especially Manny, really appreciates the comfort your pet chews bring us.

I've been using the Gorilla Glue Vaporizer faithfully for a few years now, and let me tell you, it's been top-notch all the way. Determined to find good products
The website wouldn't let me set up a subscription, and it was a total bummer. I tried chatting online, but it was only somewhat helpful before unexpectedly shutting down on me. I sent an email, but still no response. Now my order is already on its way, and I'm feeling pretty let down. The products look good, but man, that website definitely needs some serious work. I guess it's been this way for years. I'll have to find a different company that actually cares. Ugh, sad face.

2-day shipping disappointment
I was really let down by Pinnacle. I paid extra for 2-day shipping, but ended up getting my order through regular first class mail. I mean, the whole reason I spent more money on fast shipping is to get my stuff quickly, you know? So, it was really frustrating that they messed up like that. Luckily, when I contacted their customer service, they got back to me quickly and gave me a refund for the shipping charges.
