Plain Jane - Just OK
I've had mixed experiences with Plain Jane. On one hand, their products are generally high quality and well-made. I've purchased a few different items from them, including clothing and accessories, and have been happy with the durability and overall design of each piece.
However, I've also had issues with their customer service. On one occasion, I had to return an item that was defective, and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their customer service team. Additionally, their online store can be a bit difficult to navigate at times and finding specific items can be a bit of a hassle.
Another thing to note is that they don't have physical stores, so you can only purchase their products online. This can be a downside for some people who like to see and try on clothing before buying it.
Overall, I would say that Plain Jane is a decent company with decent products, but their customer service and online store could use some improvement. I just bought some CBD flower from this online store and man, they had so many options to choose from! They didn't just have CBD flower, but also CBG, CBN, and Delta products available for purchase which was awesome because I like to try new stuff. And the prices? They were super low compared to other places online, so it was totally worth it for the quality. The customer service was top-notch, too. They were quick to help out with any questions I had. Overall, I had a great time shopping with this company and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
K2 Kush and Pineapple Express strains
The stuff I got from Plain Jane is usually really good - super fresh and packed up real nice. But I gotta say, I was bummed out when I got my hands on the K2 Kush and Pineapple Express strains in my recent order. The website made these strains sound real special, so I was excited to try them. But when they showed up, they looked just like any ol' regular strains - nothing unique about 'em. That kinda let me down and got me wondering if the website was really on point with their product descriptions.

Got flower for a friend
I picked up some flowers for my friend because he's feeling under the weather and doesn't like taking pain meds. He told me they really brightened his day and I'm so grateful for being able to help him out during this rough patch.

The customer service at this place was amazing, they were so helpful and knew a lot about what they were selling. The way they showed the products was really good and the quality was outstanding. The CBD oil has seriously helped me with my anxiety and the body butter has been a game-changer for my pain. Plus, both products smell fantastic. I'm really excited to try out more of their stuff down the road.
My Silver Bracelet
My mom got me this really cool silver bracelet from the store, and I absolutely love it! It's so shiny and makes me feel fancy whenever I wear it to school. The lady at the store was super nice and helped my mom choose it. I seriously think it's the best bracelet I've ever had!
Shipping issue, lack of customer support
My recent experience with the shipping from this company really let me down. I paid for shipping but then found out it should've been free. When I tried to get help from customer support, they didn't respond or offer much support at all. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. Also, I saw that the prices of the products went up and the items weighed less than I thought they would. This whole thing has made me want to look for other places to shop in the future.
