Life-changing program
Prolon has really changed the game for me when it comes to my health and how I deal with food. I've been using it for about 3 years now and it's basically a must-have in my daily routine. As I got older, I wanted to focus on my health without having to rely on meds. I randomly heard about Prolon on a podcast, so I thought, why not give it a shot? And man, am I glad I did! Whenever I feel all inflamed or need to hit that reset button on my diet, Prolon is my trusty sidekick. Not only has it made a huge difference in my well-being, but I just feel fantastic overall. My friends are also loving this program after I introduced them to it. And knowing that Dr. Longo is all about giving back to research on longevity, and doesn't profit from the company, just makes me respect Prolon even more.
Fast reset program
I've been doing this fast reset program for a couple of years now, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer for me. I usually do it after the holidays or once summer is winding down, just to give my body a nice reset. And man, the results have been amazing! I always feel so refreshed and energized after I finish the program. I really appreciate all the effort and care that goes into picking the products, and the guidance they give you is super helpful along the way. Plus, the soup flavors are seriously so yummy, and I'm always excited to try all the new stuff they keep coming out with.
Five-day fast program
The five-day fast program is a great way to challenge yourself and recharge your body and mind. It might be tough for folks who already work out and eat well since there's no fresh food involved. The L-Bar and choco crisp bar for breakfast are super sweet and packed with calories, with no other choices. It would be awesome to have some savory options for different tastes and diets. Adding probiotics could also help with gut health while fasting. Even with these things to think about, the program is still a good chance for people looking to start fresh with their eating and mental focus.
Five-day program
After finishing up the five-day program, I gotta say, I was feeling pretty dang good. It was a bit rough here and there, not 'cause I was starving or anything, but just 'cause some of the stuff didn't quite hit the spot for me taste-wise. All in all, I'd definitely suggest this program to others. Only thing is, I wish it was a bit easier on the wallet and maybe let you pick and choose what you want, 'cause let's be real, not everybody's gonna love every kind of soup, am I right?
Fast Mimicking Diet
The Fast Mimicking Diet has seriously been a lifesaver for me. It totally reset my whole approach to eating after going a little crazy during the holidays and vacations. I've seen some awesome improvements in terms of cleaning up my cells and feeling rejuvenated overall. I totally recommend giving it a shot if you're trying to kickstart a healthier lifestyle.
Real Food
The food in the program is really good, like the soups, crackers, and olives. But that one bar in the morning is giving me a hard time - the taste and texture just aren't doing it for me. I've tried different things to make it taste better, but nothing seems to be working.
ProLon kit
The ProLon kit really changed the game for me. The soups had such a great variety of flavors, but I wasn't as big a fan of the L-Bars. It'd be awesome if there were more flavor options for those. But besides that, I'm totally in love with everything else in the kit, it's just awesome overall. This is actually my second time using it and I plan on keepin' it up in the future. Thanks a bunch!
5-day FMD program
The 5-day FMD from this place has been amazing! The instructions are really clear, the food tastes surprisingly good, and it's been easy for me to stick with it. I lost some weight and I feel so much more energized now. And my skin looks better too! The coaching was really supportive and helpful as well.
Fasting = good
Oh my gosh, I've been doing this fasting thing for like 3 months and it's seriously the best! My body just handles sugar like a champ now. It used to be that even one little drink would give me the worst headache that wouldn't go away, but now I can have a few glasses and be totally okay.
Lack of variety/flavors
I was pretty bummed about the lack of variety in the meals. The bars and teas they had were all pretty much the same flavors over and over again. The soups were a pain to mix up and the veggies never fully rehydrated. All in all, the meals were pretty bland and boring, which made things kind of dull.
My ProLon order
I decided to give this program a shot, and let me tell you, it was pretty awesome. It was so simple to follow, and I felt amazing afterwards. The only downside was that a few of the soups didn't taste great. I had to throw in some extra ingredients to make them more enjoyable.
Prolon 5 day fast
Do not buy this gimmick. I did not lose a pound! It was miserable and I did not benefit at all whatsoever. It's wildly expensive snake oil. BEWARE!
