    Expensive grass-fed beef purchase, spoiled meat

    I recently bought this fancy grass-fed beef from this company, and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I kept it in my freezer like they said until I finally defrosted it. But when I opened the package, whoa, that smell hit me hard - it was definitely spoiled. It sucked to see such an expensive product packaged up all gross like that.

    Steak burgers order

    So, I ordered some steak burgers from this meat and seafood company I've been loyal to for years. But man, this time around, it was a real letdown. The burgers showed up warm, thawed, and spoiled - not cool at all. I gave customer service a call, and they promised to send out a new shipment in time for Memorial Day. But guess what? That second shipment never made it to my doorstep. I waited two whole weeks with no solution in sight. This whole issue of food arriving not frozen or chilled is a big deal, especially for a company that prides itself on quality. I've tried speaking up about it, but nothing seems to be changing in their delivery process. It's frustrating to keep getting let down with missed delivery dates. I even suggested they add more dry ice, especially for orders going to hotter places like Texas. But it seems like they haven't taken that advice into consideration. I've been a loyal customer for so long, but honestly, I'd caution anyone thinking about ordering from this company to think twice. The food is great when it's in good shape, but the ongoing problems with delivery and lack of communication are wearing thin.

    7 Pound prime roast

    I got a roast for Christmas but it showed up all messy and leaky. Gotta get a new one before Christmas dinner. Hopefully they can get it fixed in time!
