Unsatisfactory purchase experience
I'm really bummed out about this product I got from this company. They said they had a 60-day money back guarantee, but when I reached out to customer service about not liking it, they didn't even respond. I tried calling and even hitting them up on social media a bunch of times, and in the end, they told me I had the wrong company, even though I gave them all my order details. The product didn't even work like they said it would, and now I feel like they straight up lied to me.
