I've been using this unflavored collagen protein for over 2 years now and it has really made a difference for me. I like that it dissolves quickly and doesn't affect the taste of my hot drinks. However, I'm not a fan of the flavored collagen proteins from this brand because they just don't agree with my taste buds. One downside is that when I mix the collagen into cold drinks, it tends to clump up and get slimy. To fix this, I've learned to mix it first in room temperature liquid before adding it to something cold, and that seems to work well. Overall, the product itself is awesome, but it does require a little extra effort when adding it to cold drinks.

Supplements
I had a horrible experience with those supplements. Every time I took them, I got really bad headaches and neck pains. It was so awful that I couldn't even get a good night's sleep. I was really banking on those products working out for me, but sadly, they didn't do a thing. I won't be giving them another shot, that's for sure.
Recent product change
I've been a customer for a while now and usually, I'm happy with what I get. But, I gotta say, the last jar of powder I bought was kind of a letdown. The formula seems different because now it doesn't dissolve in my coffee like it used to. Before, it would just mix in perfectly without changing the look or taste. But now, it just sits on top and clumps up unless I really stir it. It makes my coffee look weird and taste different, and I can't find any info online about why they changed it. It's got me feeling pretty bummed and confused.
Monthly subscription damaged package
I've been ordering this powder online for like a year now, and when the box finally arrived, it was all busted up and half empty. Can you believe that? On top of that, the powder inside looked all gross and weird. I tried calling customer service, but they just kept me on hold forever. It was so irritating!
Collagen supplement
I was kinda unsure about buying it at first cause I saw some bad reviews, but I went ahead and took a chance. I bought the collagen supplement on June 7th and to my surprise, it arrived the very next day. I've only been using it for a little while, but I can already tell that it's making a difference in my nails and hair.
Vital Proteins
I just got this product and followed the directions to mix it with cold water. But man, it ended up turning into a gross slime blob at the bottom of my glass. No matter how I tried, I couldn't get it to mix. Yuck!
Order delay and lack of communication
I recently bought some stuff and man, that company really dropped the ball when it came to talking to me and helping me out. I waited over two weeks for my order to show up, and when it didn't, I tried hitting them up through email and phone multiple times with no luck. Finally, I got on a chat with someone online who told me one of the things I bought was out of stock. Turns out, they had my whole order just sitting there, not planning on sending the rest of it. They never even bothered to tell me about the stock issue before charging my card. I ended up canceling my order, getting my money back, and now I'm gonna shop for my collagen stuff somewhere else.
Collagen powder for osteoarthritis
I've been using this collagen powder from this company for a few months now to try and help with my osteoarthritis, especially in my hands. The label said I should have two scoops (which is 2 Tbs.) each day, and it was working pretty well for me. I'd mix it in my morning coffee and it would ease my hand pain throughout the day. But then when I got a new jar from a different store, the label said there's 'no scoop' and I should take 4 Tbs. now. I tried to stick with my 2 Tbs. like before, but my hands started hurting and feeling stiff by the evening. Plus, the powder now doesn't mix well and leaves this yucky residue at the bottom of my cup even after I stir really well. I think maybe they added more filler to it. I don't want to pay twice as much for something that doesn't work the same, so I'm gonna have to find something else that helps.
Powder for nails and hair
This powder is awesome for nails and hair, but man, be careful because it can cause heart palpitations! I really wish I had known about that before I gave it a shot. It was pretty dangerous and gave me quite a scare. But, as soon as I stopped using it, the heart palpitations went away.

I gotta say, dealing with this company has been a total letdown. I still haven't gotten my order, and their customer service is seriously lacking. I've tried hitting them up through email more than once, but haven't heard a peep back. It's beyond frustrating how they just don't keep in touch or keep things clear. I bought some protein powder from their website and can you believe it came almost expired? Like seriously, what kind of company sells nearly expired stuff on their own site? Definitely switching brands after this.
Collagen Powder Purchase
I recently bought some collagen powder from this company and man, it was a total disaster. As soon as I started taking it, I had awful headaches, my heart was racing, and my legs were twitching like crazy. I got in touch with the company for help, but they just didn't seem to care about what I was going through. So, I did some digging and found out that the powder might actually be contaminated with heavy metals. When I asked them for a lab test to check for that, they couldn't give me one. And to top it off, when I wanted a refund because of all this serious stuff, they basically said no way because I had already opened the product. It's pretty messed up that they don't take responsibility for what they're selling and how it might be affecting people's health. I just want to make sure other folks know about my experience and be careful with this company.
Clumpy product
Man, this product is just a clumpy disaster. I mean, it might get the job done, but the feel of it is just awful. It's all slimy and not at all enjoyable to eat. And let me tell you, trying to mix it into some liquid? Forget about it! I am definitely not a fan of the clumps and the slimy consistency.
Received returned order, unable to get refund
I gotta tell ya, I had a problem recently where the courier sent back my order for who knows why. I've been trying to get a hold of someone at the company to get my money back, but no luck. Their customer service is seriously lacking and it's been beyond frustrating. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them after what I've been through.
Collagen powder
I'm really bummed out about my experience ordering from this company. I ordered some collagen powder at the beginning of the month, and it's now the 15th with still no sign of my delivery. This delay has been super annoying because I was really excited to start using the product every day. On top of the long wait, I was not impressed with their customer service. I tried reaching out to ask about my order, but the responses were slow and didn't really help me out. All in all, I'm not happy with this purchase and definitely won't be ordering from them again.
