I started using Vitauthority products back in late June 2021 and honestly it has been life-changing. I am 35 years old this year and prior to starting these products I'd been dealing with acute reccurent sciatica, joint pain of the back, knees, and ankles, as well as chronic digestive upset/bloat. I started with their Detox Nourish and let me tell you what, such a GAME CHANGER. If I could only stay with ONE product for the rest of my life this would be it. Within a week of starting it I was no longer experiencing any digestive upset and my bloating was finally gone. A bit later I started taking their Multi Collagen Protein+ as well as the Lean Greens. I drink them together in my morning drink every single day, and within a few weeks noticed my skin was softer AND my joints weren't always hurting. I have not had one single recurrence of sciatica since I began taking the Multi Collagen and I attribute that completely to that product. The difference in my joint pain is HUGE. I know I'm only 35, but I grew up a horseback rider and farmgirl. My body has been through a lot and very grateful every day for these products. I started using Vitauthority products about 2 years ago. I am 41 years old and prior to starting these products I'd been dealing with cystic hormonal acne, joint pain in my hip & low back, as well as chronic inflammation. I started with their Collagen Burn and immediately fell in love; my cellulite was reduced and my joints started feeling better. I added Stasis and slowly (over the course of about 6 months) my very painful & unattractive cystic acne went away, and has stayed for good. Adding in Turmeric and Move has helped my body with inflammation and movement after 4 kids (3 c-sections) and multiple other surgeries. Inflammation is reduced and my joint pain continues to improve. I use these supplements daily with ease and without hesitation. Burn and Multicollagen have been instrumental in my joint health: skin, hair, & nail health have been added benefits. I started taking this (Unflavored collagen power that I add 1.5 scoops to my coffee every morning, one scoop of collagen booster in the afternoon and 4 Melt tablets a day) on September 22nd (review written on Oct 1st) and I'm experiencing amazing positive results. Aside from losing 14.8# in 10 days, I noticed this morning that my eyelashes are fuller than they've been in the last 5 years. I'm looking forward to what the next few weeks bring and I will update my review as soon as my first containers are empty.

I didn't even get no indication of any shipment or Tracking yetI placed order and still haven’t received it. I checked tracking it was a couple cities away, now it says it went up North!! I hope they’re not a scam.
Weight loss and cellulite reduction supplement
I bought this weight loss and cellulite reduction supplement thinking it would work wonders, but boy was I wrong. It didn't live up to all the hype and I couldn't even get my money back because of some confusing return policy. Turns out, the 60-day return period starts from when you place the order, not when it actually gets to you. That threw me for a loop! Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest this product since it didn't do what it promised for me.
Protein powder purchase
My experience with the website was pretty normal, y'know? The layout was easy to get around and I found what I was looking for without any issues. But I gotta say, checkout was kind of a pain and could use some work to make it smoother. All in all, the site is easy to use and has everything you need to buy stuff. With a few tweaks, they could really step up their game and make shopping even better for us customers.
Stasis and Collagen
I was impressed the product arrived on time, and got some great customer service follow up. The Stasis has been working wonders for my menopause. I'm not getting as many hot flashes as I was. I purchased the Strawberry Collagen and love the taste.
Melt and Melt PM
I've been super happy with my results. Melt PM has been a savior for me. I don't sleep very well and this product as really helps me have a good night's sleep. I think the results for weight loss have been good so far. I certainly feel better.
multi collagen
I get Collagen because it helps with my joints. I was out of my old stuff and while waiting for this to arrive my joints started to hurt. Within the first day of using this my joints stopped hurting.

I've tried multiple collagen products and this is the first one I've been really happy with. It doesn't have that horrible smell that the other collagen brands have. I've seen good results.

Supplement purchase
My experience on this website was just okay. The service didn't really impress me, and I wasn't wowed by the product selection. It was a bit of a pain having to dig around to find what I wanted. The prices were decent, but nothing to write home about. The one good thing was that shipping was reasonable and my stuff came quick. Overall, I think there are better places out there to shop.
unflavored collagen burn
Poor business practices and customer service. I would give the service a MINUS score. I had gotten a flavored one the first time and thought it would be better to have unflavored. This was a stronger flavor. I couldn't hide it in anything and it wouldn't dissolve - there were clumps, everywhere. I asked to use their money back guarantee. It was approved. it was sent back with the label they provided me, over a month ago and received by them - documented by USPS. I contacted twice since the middle of April and they did not respond. I went to their website 'chat' and now they are telling me that it was 4 days late being returned. The return authorization email says nothing about it having to be back at a certain date. They boast a 60 day money back guarantee, but it is from the date of the order. Not when you GET the product. I tried to speak to someone and she sat on the other end of the line saying nothing. I asked to speak to someone 'higher up." And she said they don't escalate calls and she was all there was. Then a few minutes later she tells me she has a boss but is not authorized to give her boss's name. but she can give out her own name.
Flavorless collagen burn powder
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I purchased one bottle. It worked! I loved it! I was going to buy the subscription service. Instead I bought one more bottle. I was waiting and waiting. I finally given a tracking number and I stayed home to wait for it to come. It was supposed to arrive at 7pm. I waited for my mail man. He only gave me a package. It was not the collagen. I pull the tracking number. It says "delivered" I contacted customer support and told them it was not delivered. They said wait a day. I did. They then said "too bad it says delivered." THEY WONT REFUND ME THEY WONT SEND ME THE PRODUCT. THEY WONT CONTACT ME BACK ANY MORE. THIS IS A VERY SCAMMY COMPANY. I AM GOING TO KEEP CONTACTING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. IM SO UPSET. SO DISAPPOINTED. I LOVED THIS PRODUCT. So upset they robbed me. Disgusting
Two Multi Collagen Burn
I ORDERED FROM THESE PEOPLE ON MAY 24TH. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT* RECEIVED MY ORDER. THEY CLAIM* THAT IT WAS MARKED *RETURN TO SENDER DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. I SCREEN SHOT MY ORIGINAL ORDER AND SENT THEM PICTURES OF MY CORRECT* SHIPPING ADDRESS. OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE ON THEIR* END PRINTED MY ADDRESS WRONG AND THEREFORE IT IS THEIR* FAULT THAT MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED RETURN TO SENDER. THEY REFUSE TO RESEND MY ORDER OR REFUND MY ALMOST 100$. BY FAR THE WORST* CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM AS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSE* TO RECTIFY ***THEIR*** MISTAKE.

Multi Collagen and Multi Collagen Burn
I have noticed little difference in my skin. The worst thing is this stuff has given me a very fishy body odor due to the marine collagen. It is very noticeable and embarrassing. The regular collagen mix is tasteless, but the Burn version with SOD B and ashwagandha tastes God awful, and nothing will cover it up, it is like spicy pepper grass.
They remove all negative reviews from their website.
I was thinking of ordering the Multi-Collagen Burn and I looked to see if it had the "Marine" collagen in it but it did not say it did. So your review sounds like it does have the Marine in it. :(
2 bottles collegen
Worst online experience I have ever had. Customer service was incompetent. Very little concern for customers need.
I ordered two bottles of collagen and only one was shipped. It was shipped promptly. Delivery took almost 3 weeks. They shorted us one bottle and when I emailed them they said “sorry we shipped wrong product will send you a return label”. My response was “you sent the right product but you only shipped one bottle and I would like a credit applied to my credit card as we would no longer be at the shipping address“. On two subsequent emails I told them that I wanted a credit and that we would no longer be at that address. One week later I was told that the order was just shipped. When I questioned them about why they shipped it even though instructed not to the response was “sorry we already shipped it“

no significant difference. i tried to return but after reading return policy of $10.00 charge plus 15% restocking fee decided i would get very little, especially after paying return postage, too. their money back guarantee is not as good as it sounds.

I bought collagen burn and the vitamins. My delivery was perfect but I had a rash on my skin I was wondering If it’s due to an allergy reaction? If it’s will break my heart cause I love the products and put a lot faith.
I do not know if I trust a company that does not have a phone number. I’ve used your product and I like them but now I feel insecure because there’s no way to reach a human being except on email.
