LuxAlgo premium indicators
I tried out the LuxAlgo premium indicators and man, they were amazing for my trades! They really made a difference in helping me figure out what's going on in the market and make smarter choices. They were super handy and gave me a lot more confidence in my trading. I had to switch to the basic subscription since I didn't need all the extra features, but even with that, they were still really helpful. The support team was awesome too - really cool and helpful whenever I needed some assistance. If you're a trader like me, I definitely suggest giving these indicators a shot!
Lifetime premium member
As someone who's been a premium member for a long time, I gotta say Lux Algo really delivers on their support and algorithms. Since the first time I talked about getting a lifetime subscription until now, the team has always been super helpful with any questions or issues I've had. The tools from Lux Algo are now a crucial part of my daily technical analysis, really helping me make smart decisions with ease. I've been seriously impressed by the skills and dedication of the Lux team, and I totally suggest their services if you want to level up your trading game.
Algorithm purchase
This algorithm totally changed the game for my investment strategy. I've been using it along with another service, and my trading game has been on fire. The signals are on point and come in right on time, giving me the info I need to make smart moves. I had a little trouble setting up the algorithm at first, but the customer support team was amazing. Even though it was a holiday, they were super quick to help me out and got my problem fixed in a jiffy. Huge shoutout to the team member who made sure my issue was sorted out ASAP.
Day trading indicators, backtesting tool, community, customer service
I just bought the day trading indicators and backtesting tool from this platform, and I gotta say I'm really impressed. These indicators are way better than the free ones I used before, and the backtesting tool saved me a ton of time. The Discord community is a nice bonus, offering helpful insights and support from other traders. And big shoutout to the customer service team for getting back to me so quickly, just like they promised. This tool has really upped my game in day trading.
Quick and responsive customer service
The customer service at this place is amazing. I was really impressed by how fast they got back to me and fixed the issues I had. It's not common to come across a company that really cares about your time and your experience as a customer, but Lux Algo totally does. I felt like they really listened to me and made sure I was okay, and that kind of service means a lot to me.
Premium package purchase
I just bought the premium package and realized it wasn't really a good fit for my scalping trading style. But it seems like it could be great for longer timeframes. I ended up canceling my subscription and was happy to get that refund confirmation. All in all, I'm pretty happy with how everything went down and might come back as a customer if I change to a longer time frame setup.
Billing issue resolution
I had a problem with my billing when I made a purchase, but Lux Algo didn't skip a beat. They took care of it right away and stuck with me until everything was straightened out. I really value how committed they are to making sure their customers are happy, and how upfront and fair they are when there's a problem.
Lux Indicators help a lot
The Lux Indicators are really awesome and really help me improve my trading skills, especially the squeeze indicator! Rodrigo's customer service is amazing, he was able to help me out with my account problems right away and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. I really enjoy trading with Lux Algo! ;)
Technical issue, fast support, professional, timely resolution, happy
I had this problem with the platform and had to ask for help on their website. It was so nice to see Rodrigo getting back to me quickly and professionally. He fixed the issue fast, and I was really grateful for that. I'm super satisfied with the product and the tech support from Lux Algo.
Toolset for those who can afford it
Dude, this toolset is awesome if you're into investing and want to know about buy zones and all that. It's constantly updating and they actually listen to what users want and make it happen. And the support team? Lightning fast and super helpful.
LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
I am a Lifetime Member and recently lost access to their Discord, a part of the "All Inclusive" program I am supposed to get. I have waited over 12 hours to get a response from their "Management team". I have tried to regain access through support multiple times and can only assume that my profile was banned by Lux Algo. I have never broke a single rule in their discord. EVER. The only reason I can think of is because I am doing an Internship with a competitor company. If it’s because of my internship with a competitor, not sure that’s a reason to deny me access to my “All Inclusive” membership that I paid hard earned cash to get. For the record, I am an active duty US service member in the Army and I am on a skill bridge program under the DOD. Here is the program link and a pic of my ID card. ...
If this is how they treat a lifetime customer that paid a lot of money for my service, I am appalled. We don't pick and choose what we do for our internship. We throw out a lot of lines in the water and see who will bite. This is a critical program for military members and now Lux Algo has seen fit to cut me out of a part of the service I paid for as a result. It is petty and lacks professionalism. You company should be ashamed. At this point, I just want my money back. I don't think a company with this type of business ethics deserves my hard earned cash. If anyone is reading this, DO NOT USE THESE INDICATORS. They are decent but this company has horrible support and a serious blindspot in ethics to their customers.Quarter
