Loan boostin' my credit score
My credit score has really gone up a lot since I took out that loan back in September 2022! Now it's September 2023 and I couldn't be happier with how things have turned out. I started with a $500 loan and my credit report got a nice boost right off the bat. On top of that, I got this sweet self card offer that has been super helpful. The way it works is that whatever you've paid toward your loan gets put down as a deposit on the card, pretty neat, huh? And as I keep making payments on the loan, my card limit keeps increasing. They even tossed in an unsecured limit on the card for me. It's definitely been a smart move for my credit health!

No credit check for qualification
I thought it was cool that they said no credit check was needed to see if I could get their credit cards. But man, was I let down when I found out they did a hard pull on my credit if I wanted the card for real. It felt like they tricked me and it totally soured me on the whole deal.

So, this place is pretty odd when it comes to discussing paying your bill. They're great at everything else, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I mean, if you call to pay over the phone, they'll just say "nope, can't do that." And if you try to use the app to pay with your debit card, they tack on an extra charge, so you have to use your bank account. Plus, they wait a whole week to take the money out, not the same day! It's beyond frustrating. If you actually manage to speak to someone on the phone about it, they'll chat with you, but won't actually help with the payment. Who wants to talk to a robot when talking to a real person makes so much more sense, right?
Unauthorized transaction denial
I'm in total disbelief! Someone made a transaction on my account without my permission, and when I called to sort it out, they turned me down! And to make matters worse, they claimed it was because the transaction happened in another state. Like, how is that even relevant? It seems like they're just trying to withhold my money without offering any assistance. I'm beyond frustrated and will definitely not be using this company again. And to add insult to injury, they don't even have English as their main language option for customer service calls, making it extremely difficult to understand them!
Slow payment
I thought I was gonna get my money quickly, but it's taking so long and I still haven't received it. And to make matters worse, they closed my account without even giving me a heads up. Now I'm just stuck waiting around and it's really frustrating. I feel like it's not right and it's getting me pretty upset. I think I'll try using other apps like kickoff or stellar fi to work on improving my credit instead.

I joined the company's credit improvement program and it really did help boost my credit score! But after finishing the program without any missed payments and closing out my account, my credit score took a nosedive. It felt more like a quick fix rather than a permanent solution for fixing my credit.

When I opened my account and put my own money in, I was shocked to see fees for using my own money. And to top it off, the negative marks on my credit from this service just made things even worse. It's frustrating to feel like I'm getting punished for trying to do better financially. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone else.

The credit building service this company offers is a total scam. They say they can give you a loan to help boost your credit, but it's actually just a way to squeeze money from you legally. You have to pay upfront for this supposed "loan," with the hope of getting it all back once you've made all the payments. BUT if you miss one payment, they'll have no issue sending your account to collections to snatch the prepayment they were supposedly holding for you. It's a messed up system that takes advantage of people trying to better their credit.
Paid off loan
I paid off my loan with those weirdos and now they won't give me my money back! They closed my account and said I had questionable payments, but I think they were just mad I paid off my loan. It's been like 4 months and all they keep saying is they're reviewing it. What is there to review anyway?! They are a bunch of liars and thieves, so don't waste your money there! Plus, they can't even speak English right. Steer clear of those scammers!

This credit building service is a total scam. They claim that they can boost your credit score, but honestly, they're just trying to take your money without actually helping you. I tried it out and my credit score didn't budge at all. I've already reported them to a bunch of important folks like the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and even the FBI internet crime complaint line. It's crucial to get in touch with the FDIC and let them know about the shady stuff this company is pulling.

Man, this Credit Builder Account is the worst. It's such a hassle to get your money back like they say. The customer service is a joke - probably the worst I've ever dealt with from a credit card. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this disaster.
Loan payment
I am outraged by this company! I thought getting a loan from them would boost my credit score, but they ended up swindling over $400 from me! They said my monthly payments were going toward my loan, but they also sneakily took extra payments from my account without asking. When I called them out on it, they had the nerve to label me as delinquent, even though they were the real crooks! Not only did they mess up my credit, but they also kept harassing me, showing no guilt for what they did. Their behavior towards customers is just downright wrong and shameful.
