I recently bought some precious metals from a company and I gotta say, the whole process was smooth and quick. Silver bullion coins
I really like the silver bullion coins I bought, but it was kinda annoying trying to stay on top of when they'd arrive. It would be great to have more updates on where my orders are at and when they'll be delivered, so the whole thing can go more smoothly. The coins themselves are cool, but it would be nice if they could beef up their customer service and communication game a bit.
Gold coin purchase
I bought this gold coin and it came really quickly! The communication was awesome and the price was decent. But seriously, why do I have to sign for it when it arrives? Can't we just skip that part like some other places do? All in all, it was a pretty good experience.
Silver eagles
I transferred the money for the purchase. I can't cancel. my money is in there bank but the placed a hold on my coins and won't ship them for two months although they are paid in full. It is posted on the site but my bank says I can't cancel this payment. I wish I would have bought somewhere else. Two months is a bit extreme of a wait for a purchase

Only good thing was customer service, for the rest I am not happy.
After ordering online, I called them specially to make sure that they would not leave my package at the door. They confirmed that they always request signature upron delivery. However the mailman left the package in the mailbox, which has no lock, at the curbside with the notice "I signed it for you"! (I was whole day at home, the mailman didn't even bother to come to the house and knock on the door). If anyone, passing in the street, knew the value of the package, could have taken it easily.
Another surprise was when opened the box. One of the 10 oz silver bars, which supposed to be BU, had scratches and signs of wear. And also initial clearing took 6 business days instead of promised 3 to 5 business days. Yes they have slightly lower premiums on some products but it doesn't cost to take a risk of losing all your investment.
I would never buy from them again.
They are definitely a scam and I advice everyone to stay far away from them, I was scammed terribly dealing with these guys.
