I am a client of Tax Group Center and I have had a very positive experience with the company. Their online services are easy to use and their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to quickly and efficiently file my taxes with their assistance. I also appreciate their competitive pricing. Overall, I highly recommend Tax Group Center for all of your tax needs.

I wanted to share with you all about my recent experience with a tax assistance service while going through the Fresh Start Program. It was honestly a total nightmare. I thought I was getting a professional service, but turns out they filed my State taxes wrong without even using my W-2 info. So now I'm stuck with unexpected bills from the state totaling over $17,400. I had to hire a CPA to fix their mistake, basically paying twice for the same job.
Dealing with this company was a mess - they kept misplacing important documents and didn't even bother to let me know about the error with my State taxes. When I called them out on it, they tried to play dumb and wouldn't take any responsibility, even though their rep, Ladd Vance, had previously admitted fault. Overall, my experience was a huge letdown and hit me hard in the wallet.
