Monthly candy subscription
The customer service with this candy subscription is top-notch. They've really gone out of their way to help me with any questions or issues I've had. The reps are super nice, very helpful, and make me feel like a valued customer. In all my years of buying stuff as a grown-up, I've never come across a company that cares for their customers quite like this one. Hats off to the team here for their amazing service. I'll definitely be telling all my friends and family about this great subscription.
Candy Club subscription, limited options
I've been subscribed to the candy club for a while now, and I do appreciate getting my packages on time. But I've noticed that there aren't many options for folks like me who live in hot areas. I keep getting a lot of gummies and hard candies, which aren't really my favorites. Still, when I decided to cancel, the customer service person I talked to was super friendly and made the whole process simple.
Candy purchase
I just had the most amazing experience with Candy Club! I was having some trouble buying my candy because the website was acting all funny and my order wouldn't go through. So, I called their customer service and this dude named Jack was the one who helped me out. He wasn't even part of the tech team, but he somehow managed to figure out how to fix it and placed my order for me. Jack was super friendly and patient, I can't thank him enough! If I ever run into another issue, I hope I get to chat with Jack because he's simply the best. Candy Club really needs to give him a raise because he's not just great at customer service, he's also a tech whiz! Thanks a ton, Jack, you're awesome!
Valentine's Day candy order
I had a chat with Ashley about my worries, and she really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy as a newbie customer. I can't wait to get my boxes and buy more stuff in the future!
Melted candy, product quality, packaging
I just bought some stuff from the candy club, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with what I got. The candy selection was awesome, and the flavors were top-notch. But, I was kinda bummed to see that some of the candy had melted on its way to me. I get that it's not totally the company's fault, but I think using insulated packaging could solve this problem, especially in the hot weather.
