The customer service is terrible. They do not communicate orders before being placed. You are notified after you’ve already been charged and then they take 5-7 business days to respond to you and then tell you there’s nothing they can do about your order. I will never use this company again after so many negative experience with their customer service. By charging me for two shipments unnecessarily, they lost me as a customer for our next child.
