I recently ordered some old spot pork chops from this company and let me tell you, the customer service was amazing. They gave me a discount on my first order and then followed up with an email offering me another coupon for my next purchase. When I asked about using the coupon for my current order, they responded quickly and took care of it with no issues. And when my order arrived frozen, they fixed the problem right away and explained that the type of pork ships frozen, which was missing from their website. The customer service rep even gave me another discount for the inconvenience, showing they really care about their customers. The pork chops themselves were tasty and great quality.
