    Birthday arrangement delivery

    I gotta say, the time I spent at that shop was top-notch. The person working there went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect birthday bouquet to send to Sandy Hook. When the delivery driver showed up, they were super nice and made it all really special. I've shopped there for different events before, and every time I'm amazed at how great everything is - from the product to the service.     Missing delivery issue

    I had a problem with missing my delivery when I went to get it. But let me tell you, the dude Jacob at the spot in Lubbock, Texas, totally rocked it. He took care of everything like a champ - got a new delivery headed my way quick and even tossed in some extra cupcakes as a sweet touch. Jacob's customer service game was top-notch, seriously went above and beyond. I'm super happy with how it all turned out.     Valentine's Day arrangement

    My partner ordered a really lovely Valentine's Day bouquet to surprise me, but sadly, it never showed up. The lack of communication and the fact that they didn't deliver the flowers as promised left us feeling really let down. We were really excited to celebrate Valentine's Day together, but the messed-up order definitely put a damper on the day.

    I just ordered a birthday fruit arrangement for my wife from this place. It was a day late and when it finally showed up, the strawberries were all moldy and the cheesecakes were sour. I was really disappointed with how it turned out and that they were late with the delivery.

    Gift order with missing items and damaged products

    I ordered a gift recently but it came with missing stuff and damaged things. The chocolate-covered strawberries and cookies were all messed up in the box. I even emailed the company twice about the missing items but got no response. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service and no follow-up on customer complaints. Maybe other customers don't realize that things are missing in their deliveries, so the company gets away with it.

    90th birthday fruit arrangement

    I ordered this really nice fruit arrangement from the local store for my grandma's 90th birthday. The tracking said it was dropped off, but when I asked her about it, she didn't get anything. I called the store and they just didn't seem to care, asking if they should send it out again. Didn't even say sorry or anything. Pretty bummed out by the whole thing, to be honest.

    Daughter's birthday arrangement

    My experience trying to order flowers for my daughter's birthday was a real headache. Every time I called, I couldn't get through to a real person because all I got was a machine. Same deal when I reached out to the main office - just a robot talking to me. To top it off, my daughter never got the flowers I ordered, and now I'm having a tough time getting my money back. The complete lack of communication and customer service has really disappointed me.

    I bought a fruit arrangement from this company not long ago and man, was I let down. The fruits were definitely not fresh, some were way too ripe, and the whole thing just looked sad.     Edible Arrangement order

    I ordered an Edible Arrangement as a gift and, man, was I let down by the fruit quality. The arrangement looked nice, but every single piece was no good and I ended up tossing it all. When I called the store, the customer service did nothing to help and even said the fruit was fine. Huge waste of my money and time. I'd suggest sticking with flowers instead.

    Valentine's Day Order

    I got an edible arrangement for Valentine's Day and let me tell you, it was a disaster! I made sure to order early, but it still didn't show up on the right day. The order status kept saying it was "in transit" forever. Finally, when it did arrive the following day, it was a sorry excuse for a fruit bouquet. Some parts were missing, and it looked nothing like what I'd picked out. I tried calling, but no one picked up. I even tried getting in touch with their corporate office, but I didn't get anywhere. I wasted almost $90 on sad fruit in a cheap plastic tray. I'm done with them, and you should steer clear too!

    Wrong fruit basket

    I ordered this really cool fruit basket for my mom's birthday. But, can you believe it? They sent me this cheap, disappointing fruit basket that wasn't what I asked for. And get this, when I reached out to them about it, they didn't even bother replying to any of my emails! So not cool. I definitely won't be ordering from them again, no way.

    Fruit bouquet purchase

    I was trying to buy a fruit bouquet online for a special occasion, and it was a total mess. The checkout process on the website was so difficult to figure out, especially when I tried to use PayPal to pay. After two tries, it just kept saying, "We're having technical problems." It took me forever, like over 25 minutes, to get through all the confusing stuff on the site. I wasted so much time and just ended up feeling annoyed. It was definitely not a good online shopping experience.
