Honestly, the WORST. Delivery pre-COVID was extremely poor. I waited up to a month for deliveries from companies I never heard of. Cancelled my membership, but paid the annual fee, they cancelled my account, did not refund the pro-rated membership unused, then told my I had to start a new account so I could receive the advent calendar I pre-ordered under the old account. Today, still no refund of membership dues, and I received 2 advent calendars, 1 with a broken bottle. I am done and will post where ever I can, BE CAREFUL, these folks honestly do not know what customer service means.
