Mediocre experience with Freedom Japanese Market
I've had a pretty mixed experience with Freedom Japanese Market. On one hand, their selection of products is great - they have a wide range of Japanese snacks, candies and other items that are hard to find elsewhere. The prices are also reasonable.

However, I've had some issues with their shipping. I live in the US, and when I've ordered from them in the past, it's taken a long time for my package to arrive. I've also had a couple of orders where items were missing or damaged.

Customer service has also been hit or miss. Some times I was able to get a response quickly, and they were helpful. Other times, I had to wait a while for a response, and the answers I got weren't very helpful.

Overall, I think Freedom Japanese Market is a decent option if you're looking for Japanese products, but be prepared for the possibility of shipping issues and inconsistent customer service.
Also, for the record, I haven't seen any physical store of Freedom Japanese Market so I can't speak about that.
