Mixer grinder purchase
I just bought a mixer grinder from this one store. It's got a five-year warranty, which is awesome for lasting a long time. But here's the bummer - after just a year and a half, the stainless steel mixer jug cracked at the bottom. And get this, because I forgot to register the product when I bought it, I couldn't get a new jug. Dealing with customer service was a major letdown.
Toaster oven replacement
I had a problem with a toaster oven I bought, so I contacted Hamilton Beach. They got back to me right away and promised to send a replacement within a week. The new one showed up faster than I expected, and I'm happy to say it's working perfectly. Their customer service was top-notch and they handled everything super efficiently.
Blender.
I just bought a blender from this company and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. They handled my issue super fast and I felt like a valued customer. I'm really happy with the service and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
helped me to much
I was changing my kitchen. So i bought things from here , it helped me to arrange and also now i can get easy work done with less time taking
My broken blender
I got this blender and it totally broke, can you believe it? So, I reached out to them and they started giving me all these dumb suggestions that I knew weren't gonna fix it. They were like, "Send it back and we'll check it out in six weeks." And I was like, "No way, I need my smoothies now!" But they were just like, "Sorry, not our problem." Seriously, not cool at all.
Broken plastic piece on food processor
My food processor crapped out on me after only a few uses, and I found out that the little plastic part on top of the work bowl had snapped. That piece is super important for the machine to work right. I tried emailing customer service, but kept getting some error message. When I tried to call corporate, I saw that everything they make is in China. I left a voicemail for customer service but haven't heard back yet.
Slow service and uninformed representatives
The customer service at this company is just awful. The people there really don't seem to know what they're doing and they're not very helpful at all. It's so frustrating trying to get help from them. And the worst part is that I had to wait on hold for more than an hour just to talk to someone who couldn't even help me. It's like they don't even know what they're selling or who they work for. And then one of them tried to lie to me about my shipment just so they could sell me something else I didn't want. It's so shady and it's not how a professional company should operate. And the managers don't seem to care at all about fixing the problems. They just seem lazy. It's obvious that they don't understand what good customer service is all about. Save yourself the trouble and don't give these crooks your money.
Hamilton Beach coffee maker
I bought a Hamilton Beach coffee maker about a year ago, and man, I was super let down by the quality and customer service. Spent over $100 on this fancy white coffee maker from Macy's, mostly just to use when I had guests over for Easter. But then the glass pot ended up cracking at the top. Like, what the heck? I didn't do anything crazy to it, so that was a major bummer. When I contacted Hamilton Beach for help, they basically told me tough luck because the pot was discontinued and they had no replacements. They wouldn't even send me a black pot, which wouldn't look right with my coffee maker anyways. They sent me to their website to order a black pot, but of course, it was sold out. I felt really let down by Hamilton Beach because I always thought they were a solid company. This whole situation totally changed my view of them.
Flexbrew coffee maker
I recently got this awesome coffee maker that really helped me kickstart my mornings with some delicious coffee. Unfortunately, after just 2 weeks, the single serve side stopped working and kept showing an overload error. I tried all sorts of things to try and fix it, but I had no luck. I even attempted to reach out to customer service online, but they were asking for $5.00 just for some help! No way, that's a rip-off. And now I can't even get a hold of them over the phone. It's so frustrating! I really wish I had gone with the other brand I was thinking about, it would have been more reliable for sure.
Counter grill and electric kettle
There have been some problems with the Hamilton Beach website since 2018. It's been hard to get through to customer service, and there have been issues with their counter grill and electric kettle quality. Getting warranty replacements has also been a hassle, not to mention some safety concerns with the replacement kettles. Plus, there's been a licensing deal with SubZero for the Wolf line that has some people thinking twice about buying from the brand.
Disappointing blender purchase
I bought this blender thinking it could do it all - make milkshakes, puree stuff, and crush ice. But man, was I disappointed. I followed the directions to a tee and this thing couldn't even mix ice cream right to make a milkshake. When I reached out to customer service about it, they pretty much just blamed me for not using it right. After a bunch of failed tries, I threw in the towel and won't be buying anything from them again.
Hamilton Beach coffee machine with 2 pin plug
I just bought one of your coffee machines and was kinda bummed when I saw it came with a two-prong plug. The instructions said not to use an adapter, which really got me annoyed because I would've been fine paying more for the right plug in the first place. So now, I have to go through the hassle of returning it.
Faulty coffee maker
I just bought a coffee maker from this company, but it started acting up right after the "clean" light came on. I tried following the cleaning instructions, but it didn't fix the problem. Now the coffee maker is having trouble connecting. Customer service wasn't very helpful in dealing with this issue, and I'm feeling really frustrated right now.
Coffee Maker purchase
I just bought a coffee maker from this company and I gotta say, I had a pretty bad time with their customer service. So, I called the number on the manual for some help, but all I got was a robot telling me to check out their website. I tried another number I found online to talk to a real person, but no luck - just more of those annoying automated messages.
Toaster Oven purchase
Don't bother spending your money on that brand. Their customer service is terrible - all you get is a recording when you call! I waited on hold for over an hour, only to end up getting disconnected out of pure aggravation. Trust me, it's not worth the trouble; steer clear of that company. If you can, just return your stuff to the store right away. They don't even come close to meeting the basic standards for good customer service.
