Smart Water Bottle
Let me be honest with you - when I first saw this smart water bottle, I thought it was just a bunch of hype. But I was having a hard time keeping track of how much water I was drinking, so I finally gave in and bought it. And let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me. The app syncing with the bottle makes it super easy and kind of fun to track my water intake. And the bottle itself is really well made and sturdy. It's like having a personal hydration coach with me all the time.
What really impressed me is how well it works with all my Apple devices - Health, iPhone, Watch, you name it. It's like they were made for each other. I bought this in 2022 and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to drink more water. And if I ever lost this amazing bottle, I would not hesitate to buy another one. The battery life is great, but I'd love to see a USB-C charging option in the future.

I bought this water bottle and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well it's made. It feels solid and tough, like it's gonna hold up for a while. Setting it up and syncing it with my HealthKit and other apps was a breeze. But, I did have a little problem with the lid - the pin holding it in place came loose and fell out. Even so, I have to give major props to the company's customer service. I called them once to explain what happened, and less than a day later, they had a new lid on its way to me. Their dedication to taking care of their customers is really top-notch.
3 Hidrate bottles (2 spark 3's, 1 steel)
Forget those Spark 3's, they were okay but couldn't keep up with my need for ice-cold water. The steel was supposed to be great, but it gave me incorrect readings. Customer service saved the day, but I ended up spending more time fixing issues than actually enjoying a drink.
Expensive bottle, connection issues
I am so annoyed right now because I have to return my second bottle. It's ridiculous that I'm having connection problems with something that costs so much. I've had this issue before and I really don't want to deal with replacing it again.
Water bottle purchase
I got this water bottle and it was really cool at first. But then they started charging to change the color and stuff. I mean, come on, I already paid for the bottle. Why do I have to pay more just to change the background? That's just silly.

Bottle covers and lids return request
I asked for a refund on some bottle covers and lids over a month ago. At first, the company told me the return postage label wasn't working in two emails. But even after emailing them every week since then, I haven't heard anything back. I'm really annoyed and let down by their lack of communication. I won't be purchasing from them in the future.
Smart water bottle purchase
I was really excited about my smart water bottle, but man, it was a mess right from the beginning. The buying process dragged on forever, and when I finally got the bottle, it was busted. I had to wait weeks for a replacement, which was so annoying. And then the app that was supposed to connect to the bottle had its own issues, requiring days of fixing. After dealing with this mess for months, I was fed up and asked for a refund, but they said it was too late. It was frustrating, especially after all the delays. Now I'm trying to get my money back through my credit card company. The idea of a smart water bottle is cool, but the product and customer service stunk.
Water bottle with short warranty and easily breakable parts.
I was really bummed out about the water bottle I got because it only had a 100-day warranty and the parts were super fragile. After just using it for 5-6 months, the bottle started falling apart and I had to dish out some money for replacements. Basically, I ended up paying the same price as a new bottle in no time. I think it's better to check out other choices before going for this product.
Broken product received
My experience with this company has been absolutely awful. I got a broken product and when I asked for help, they pretty much said too bad. Their customer service is seriously lacking and they never bothered to follow up. I've never felt so disrespected as a customer.
Hidrate Spark water bottles purchased from Target
I got some Hidrate Spark water bottles from Target and man, do they have this weird aftertaste that just won't go away! I tried washing them multiple times like the instructions said, but no luck. So, I contacted Hidrate and they told me to take the bottles back to Target. But when I did, Target said it was Hidrate's job to replace them. Long story short, Hidrate wouldn't back up their product. I'd say steer clear of Hidrate Spark bottles because they don't have your back.
Smart water bottle
At first, I was really happy with this smart water bottle because it was helping me remember to drink enough water every day. But, after just three days, it suddenly stopped charging. I contacted customer support and all they said was to try a different charging cable, which made it seem like they already knew about this problem. It's pretty discouraging to have this kind of issue with something that's supposed to be top-of-the-line. And the fact that they didn't offer any solutions or replacement parts just added to the frustration.

I bought a water bottle and the app is only tracking one of them. I'm having lots of syncing issues and the reminders aren't working on my phone. Plus, they want to charge extra for different colors on the app. Definitely steer clear of companies like this!
Water bottles for tracking water intake
I bought a bunch of water bottles in the past few years to help me keep track of how much water I drink. But, I gotta say, the little tracking thingy in the bottles hasn't been holding up too well. Out of the four bottles I bought, only one made it a whole year and another didn't even last six months! Even though the tracking feature doesn't last long, I still use the bottles because I like how they look and work.
